Speaker

Hi, and welcome to the Reiki from the Farm podcast, brought to you by me, Pam Allen Leblanc from Hidden Brook Farm. I am a scientist, a businesswoman, and a licensed Reiki master teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training. Each week in this podcast, you'll be entertained as you learn about a wide variety of relevant Reiki topics, helping you become a more knowledgeable and effective Reiki practitioner. We caution you, though, this podcast may also dramatically improve your life, and we are so happy that you're here.

Pam

and so welcome everyone on this month's Reiki Share and this week's podcast. We're talking about all the different Reiki classes and how they fit, and we're also going to talk a little bit about what's involved in the licensed Reiki master teacher program. So I'm so excited that you're here. I do wanna let you know that tonight after our Reiki share, I'm heading down to the house. Some of you know that we purchased a home that had been abandoned for a few decades to renovate and turn into an Airbnb. And t- tonight and tomorrow morning, we are finishing the last steps because our first guests arrive tomorrow evening. Our first guests are some of the folks that are coming for their level one and two Reiki class this weekend. Some people are reviewing. Some people are taking it for the first time, and that just reminds me I should talk about reviewing as we discuss all of this. And then that class will be followed by a Reiki master class next week, an animal Reiki master class the following weekend, an animal Reiki or animal Reiki one and two class the following weekend, and an animal Reiki master class after that. And I'm taking the Monday in between to show people the island, so Donna, thank you for the congratulations. It is exciting. It's been a three-year process, and I know that it's something we've been fitting in around our regular jobs and around just doing it weekends and evenings and holidays whenever we can, and running for election. So it may be extend it... And it definitely extended out a lot longer than we had hoped, but we had to do everything from finding the well to putting a septic system into a very small lot that had a difficult time to fit it in. And we had to get a special system designed and everything. And we're really happy with how it turned out, so we're really excited to welcome people here. And if anyone listening is thinking of coming to the island for any of the classes, it is sold out on the weekends, but the master classes through the week have a little bit of space. We didn't have to do a new foundation, Wanda, but we do have some foundation work that we still have to do on the house. It's pretty solid, but we want to make it even more so as soon as we can afford to, that'll be and the time and the money, that'll be the next thing to do. But most everything else new electricity, all new plumbing. It's been a big job. And so it'll be nice to have it behind us and- Before we go too far in, I do want to let you know, so I have all of these classes, including Animal Communication one and two, level three, professional practitioner, and masters. All of these are in August. For those of you who would like to join the Reiki retreat, the International Reiki Retreat, this year it is online only. It makes it a little bit more accessible to everyone that way. We know that this is The economy, it's a little tricky this year, and so that's a little less expensive. It's accessible to everyone throughout the world. And so I'll be, and I'll be speaking at the Reiki retreat on Labor Day weekend, and then I'll be heading to Hong Kong after that to teach Animal Reiki one and two and masters, and Healthcare Reiki one and two. In October, I have a full lineup of classes except the Animal Reiki master, i've got a, a Reiki one and two and Reiki master classes. The Reiki master classes will be online in the, over four evenings. And also in October I have an in-person and online Animal Reiki one and two, and an Animal Communication class. So that will be exciting. And I did want to let you know that our next Healthcare Reiki class will be taught in January this year, and Tracy and I are discussing the very real possibility of teaching our master class with Healthcare Reiki. We definitely are feeling the energy coming in. It's just a matter of wrapping up our level one and two manual over the next few weeks, and then we will start listening and writing for the master level manual. And we are talking about doing it in person at the Northeast Reiki Retreat in New York. So would love to have some of you join us for that. I'm not sure if that class can be online as well, or if it's only in person. I know typically they're only in person, but I will double-check on that. And so the Healthcare Reiki masters is coming. It's on its way. So before we go too much further, I'm just going to invite everybody to bring your hands into Gassho. And just take a moment to activate Reiki And in this space, we take a moment to thank Usui Sensei, Dr. Hayashi, Mrs. Takata, and all of the teachers who've come before us, and all of the descendants who will come after us. We feel so blessed to be of this Reiki lineage, creating wellness on the earth today. We take a moment to check in with the Reiki precepts. Just for today, I will not be angry. I will not worry. I'll be devoted to my work. I will be grateful, and I will be kind, always kind. And we take a moment to just connect our hearts to the Reiki energy, recognizing that this connects us with the millions of other Reiki practitioners across the planet from every lineage and every tradition. We all trace back to Usui Sensei, even the systems that developed from Reiki or from Usui Reiki We all trace back to the mountain Mount Kurama. And Yasui in the 1920s went up onto Mount Kurama, fasted for 21 days And brought back Reiki energy with him. We're so grateful And we take a moment to just think about some of the changes and some of the wonderful things that Reiki have brought to our own lives I sometimes wonder how people without Reiki manage Because Reiki has become such an effective life management tool for me, and I'm so grateful that I get to visit Kurama Yama, Mount Kurama, in September when I'm... just after I teach in Hong Kong And we take a moment to just connect with that mountain Connect with that energy, connect with each other, and we remember that we are all one And just coming back into the room in your own time. We say thank you and namaste So friends, when I was thinking about what I should talk about, that I always check in and I always say, "What are we talking about this month in our Reiki share?" And what really came through clearly is, hey, why don't you explain how the classes work? Because I don't If you're a teacher you probably get a lot of questions and a lot of confusion, because I know that I do. And if you're a person who's studying the classes, maybe you'd just like to understand a little bit better how they do work. I will also be talking about the licensed teacher program and reviewing classes and just taking it from there So with Reiki, our first step is it can be getting Reiki sessions. Many people get sessions for a while before they are ready to go and study Reiki and take a class. But when they are ready to take a class some teachers break Reiki level one and Reiki level two into two separate classes. I know my first Reiki teacher did that. Other teachers teach Reiki level one and two together. But in any event, I really highly recommend, I th- I think everybody on the planet needs to be at least at Reiki level two, because at Reiki level two we get symbols that just really help with everything. We get a symbol a power symbol that just helps us include Reiki in everything, from our food, to our medicine, to our drinks, to sending it ahead to our day, to protecting our energy, to sending energy anywhere, to protecting our vehicle. It's just incredible for cleansing and protecting. We also get a symbol that helps us with mental, emotional distress, and that's really helpful for, especially for empaths, people who are empathic and pick up the energy and emotions of others. That mental and emotional symbol is just so helpful at level two. And finally we get a distance symbol, and I love the distance symbol because it allows us to connect with anyone across all time and space. And when we do that, when we do connect across time and space, even though that's the symbol that plays with our minds a little bit more about wait, how does that work? And it's very difficult to understand how it works, however, any of us who have tried it understand that it works. And with those three symbols it's so useful. So I know as a licensed teacher, we teach level one and two together. That's what we're required to do, actually, and it's no hardship. I enjoy teaching them together because I've had students that have studied to level one before, and if they're a really strong empath, without the symbols they didn't have enough to really get through that large volume of empathic energy that was burdening them. And so they felt like maybe they didn't do Reiki well or whatever. And as a very strong empath myself, for me, that mental and emotional symbol was a game changer. So I really highly recommend if anybody listening has studied level one and you're thinking I don't know how good I am at Reiki. I, I'm not... don't seem to be getting as much benefit as some of my peers," please understand that there's nothing wrong with you. It's you might be an empath, a an empathic person who really has a little bigger burden that you're carrying, and y- you may re- need that mental emotional symbol. I know for me it just changed everything. But that level two Reiki, when you study level one and then level two and put those together, now that's the basis for almost everything. Once you have that, you can go on and study many other forms of Reiki if you decide to do that. Let me tell you about some of them. So many people who have level one and two Reiki love animals. And if you are an animal lover, we have animal Reiki level one and two. And the animal Reiki class, it has its own energy. It's also deeply healing for us as a person because, you know- Pardon me, my, I don't know if you can hear it, but my dogs are going a little bit crazy. But animal Reiki, one of the surprising things about animal Reiki is humans are animals. So even though most people who study animal Reiki, we study it thinking about the animals, we wind up getting a tremendous amount of healing ourselves. And a lot of us notice that different frequency of animal Reiki, which makes things very simple and efficient and effective, it does seem to come into any human sessions that we're doing. And once you have Reiki level one and two, you can do sessions for yourself. You can also do Reiki sessions for others. And if you do that and you study animal Reiki, not only will you use that animal Reiki frequency with animals, but you will probably use it with any human animals that you practice on as well. And we also notice there's a very powerful experience in that animal Reiki level one and two class, which it really heals grief and guilt, shame and blame, imbalanced empathy, and compassion fatigue. And when and almost every one of us have experienced guilt or grief or shame or blame or imbalanced empathy or compassion fatigue, and many of us have experienced a blend of those or even all of those. And so that, I do find that the animal Reiki class winds up being incredibly healing for the people who who study it. And of course, I feel very honored and fortunate to have been one of the authors of the ICRT animal Reiki course. So that is an ICRT course that any time, if you have level one and two Reiki, even the very next day, if you wish, there's no wait time in between. Whenever you feel guided, you can turn around and study animal Reiki. And I sometimes have had people in class who said, "We're not really animal lovers, but we were guided to come. We're not sure why we're here." And at the end of the class, they typically said, "Oh, I see why we're here," and they have a very strong understanding that this is going to impact their own, their Reiki practices because because humans are animals. And so it is it is an energy that the four-leggeds and the wingeds and the finned animals really, are drawn to even more than u- they're drawn to Usui Reiki. It was an energy that really surprised us when we created it. We really just thought we were going to be teaching you how to use the Reiki you already had with animals. We didn't expect it to have its own frequency, but it certainly does Another ICRT class that you can study once you have your level one and two Reiki is Kid Reiki. Now, Kid Reiki is a new ICRT class. I don't believe the master course has gone through and become officially an ICRT class yet, but the level one and two class has. And it's evolved a little bit since I had the authors on my podcast, but, Oh, that reminds me, if animal Reiki is something that you're interested in, just go ahead in the where the magnifying glass is on my web- on my podcast webpage. I actually did a podcast with all four of us, myself, Colleen Benelli Robin Benelli, and Sue Strong, and we we just talk a little bit more about animal Reiki. So if that speaks to you, you've got a way to learn even more about it if you would like. I also did do a podcast with the authors of Kid Reiki, which are Shelly Kammermeier, April Walker, and Kami Kote. What I want to s- and so go ahead and check that out as well. And the class has evolved a little bit. At first, it was, how to teach children, and then what they realized was that so many of us need to heal our inner child. So many of us who got into healing work got into healing work because of difficulties in our childhood. Not everyone, but many healers became so compassionate, became so empathic, became healers because their childhoods were not easy. And one of the really big aspects of that initial class, there is a lot of information about how to introduce it to children, Reiki to children, and so on, and April is your mentor in California. Oh, she is wonderful, Tiffany. You've got a good one. So that's amazing. And the girls, when they got together, they realized a huge component of the Kid Reiki class needed to be healing our own inner child. And so in the podcast that we did together Kami leads us, led us in a beautiful meditation, and I've had the privilege of attending that as well at the LRM-T retreat and so on. And Alyssa said she took the class and loved it. I have... I gotta tell you this, you guys. I have not had a chance to take the kid Reiki class yet. And I also, as much as I started my career and I taught children a lot i- early on, and I love love teaching children I probably don't have the time in my schedule to teach children at this point in my career and life. But it is one of the most fun things to do. Oh my gosh, the kids just really get it, and they don't need... They need minimal instruction, and they know what to do, and i- it's just so very rewarding but the girls realized that in order to teach it, we really need to heal our own inner child. And so Cami has a beautiful meditation, and I have been privileged to attend it many times, and I always receive some really powerful healing. So go ahead and check out that podcast if Kid Reiki speaks to you. But one of the things I do wanna mention is I have not heard of one person who attended that class and didn't love it. Everyone who ever takes Kid Reiki from any of those three... Sometimes they teach it all together with the three of them together. That's really special if you can get that class. Other times I believe they teach it on their own, but And which would also be a very good class. And it is e- everybody who has ever taken it got a lot of healing and really enjoyed it. Donna, I'm not certain, but I do believe there is different symbols for Kid Reiki. I know we h- do have a one different symbol for Animal Reiki. I believe there are symbols for Kid Reiki, but I'm not certain about that. I just, I do rec- I do think I recall hearing that there is. But e- everybody loves it and everybody gets a lot of healing. So if teaching kids is something that is, crossing your mind or if you have some children or grandchildren in your life, or nieces, nephews neighbors, whatever and you're feeling called to teach them, the Kid Reiki class can really be helpful and set you up for that. Now, they might s- they might be teaching the master class, it just might not be through the ICRT certification process yet. But it will be. It will be an ICRT class. And so even if you studied that before, it's an ICRT class, often you are grandfathered in as, as having taken it. I know that's what happened with people who studied our Animal Reiki before it was an officially an ICRT class. It's just a, a rather lengthy process. And I am talking about ICRT classes here for, just for a couple of reasons. I every Reiki practitioner and every Reiki class is valid and has there, i- it's, they're all really important. The ICRT classes do seem to appeal to a lot of people. We are by quite a large extent the largest Reiki organization in the world, and with I believe hundreds of thousands of people that are affiliated with the ICRT. So it is, It, and it is a a, a system that, that does seem to appeal to a lot of people, so I'm kind- and that's the system that I know the best, so that's the only reason that I'm talking mostly about these courses. But I thought you might like to know a little bit about it. So those are a couple of areas that you can go that are ICRT classes. And I do know that there are some other courses that are being considered as IT- CRT classes, but it is a rather lengthy process, so I'm not really sure. I know Kid Reiki is the focus right now and what's coming out I do want to let you know about a couple of other courses that I teach as well that are not ICRT classes. I Back in 2010, Reiki opened animal communication for me w- as I was doing deeply spiritual horse work in a in a clinic just after I learned Reiki. And as I became this accidental animal communicator, people found out about it and and I started teaching the deeply spiritual horse work, and at the end of the, the weekend, most of the people that studied with me could also hear the animals. And so the next thing people were asking me, "Would you teach us to communicate with animals, too? We don't want to do the deeply spiritual horse work. We just want to communicate with animals." And at first I said no, but I got a tap on my shoulder that I could do that, and so I did start teaching people. So I've actually taught probably close to 1,000 people, maybe more than 1,000 people at this point how to communicate with animals since 2010. And so at first, I just taught anybody but I started to really notice that if a student already had level one and two Reiki if they were already a re- what we call a Reiki practitioner, when you have level one and two Reiki, we consider you a Reiki practitioner. And so if a student already had level one and two Reiki, I noticed that they would really get the animal communication so much more quickly than people who hadn't studied Reiki, and they would be able to go so much further faster with it. And I started to notice that as I got more and more Reiki practitioners in my class, that the people who didn't have Reiki were holding the group back. I maybe would be teaching 70 or 80% of the students would be Reiki practitioners, and I found that, that small number who didn't have Reiki were ho- were holding the class back on what we could discuss and what was possible. So when Hay House, when I won a an honorable mention in a book proposal contest with Hay House, and they recommended that I shift my focus to just teaching Reiki practitioners. It locked it in for me that I should make I used to always say Reiki one and two is recommended, but I realized I should make that a prerequisite, just like it is for animal Reiki, just like it is for health or for kid Reiki. Make level one and two Usui Reiki from any lineage and it's from any lineage a prerequisite. And when I did make that a prerequisite, and so I started having only Reiki practitioners come into class, then we could go a lot further with it. So I do teach a two-day course on animal communication for Reiki practitioners, and recently there has been a master practitioner course to just help people become a professional or professional practitioner course to help people practice professionally if they choose, and a master teacher course in that. So that's something else that I teach. And I'll answer I saw your note in the chat, Justine. I'll talk about that in just a moment and finally, the other course that I teach that isn't an ICRT class that does require Usui Reiki level one and two from any lineage is health care Reiki. That's something Tracy Sullivan and I have developed over the last two and a half years, I think it is. Maybe coming onto three years in October. And we've been teaching it with just tremendous results for people, and the master portion of that is starting to come in as well. So the level one and two Reiki is a prerequisite for that. That might be something that if you have level one and two, you're inclined to do. We notice that health care Reiki, I should mention animal communication with level one and two is just kinda It's how to do it, and it gets you started communicating. With health care Reiki, the first course is really a lot about self-healing, because when we show up in health care settings and with health care Reiki, when we show up in a place of health ourselves, it automatically helps our client or our family member, whomever we're working with, it really helps them entrain to that health. So that first class, we thought we would be teaching, how to get Reiki in hospitals and health care facilities, and we do teach a little bit of that, but we've had to move a lot of that into the master course because that first class is so much about just moving into your best health ever. And all of us who have taken that class, I know Lynn, you might want to speak about that a little later on i- if you wish. All of us, we've just noticed it, it's made a, this hugely profound difference in our own lives. And then when we do have an opportunity to share it with others it makes a big difference there as well. We do notice a lot of the students who are studying health care Reiki, they're really doing it, probably 80% of them are doing it more for themselves and their own family members rather than considering a more formal health care setting. But we are, we do, we are going to be in the master class covering a lot more about that health care setting as well. Now guys, just a little bit more about this, and then we'll move on to some other stuff and check in with those who are here for with questions. And actually Wanda, you just said horses love healthcare Reiki and symbols. I know, right? They do love it, and I really credit this when our little dog Blue went blind. Some of you may n- know the story, but he's only about one year old. He's a recent rescue from Texas, and he, one morning he was fine, and by that afternoon he was completely blind. And it was The, the veterinarians couldn't figure it out. The It didn't make any sense. They did all of his blood work. They did everything, and they couldn't understand, it made no sense. There was no reason. But I watched healthcare Reiki and animal Reiki work together and create sort of this spiral around him, and it just lifted out this, a really huge energy. I've never seen anything quite like that before. And in addition, it lifted out more of a medium-sized energy, which I've seen something like that before, but I'd never seen anything like the huge energy. And the next day he could see, and this was after about a day and a half of not being able to see at all. So there might be another explanation for it, but the veterinarians can't find one. And I don't know. I did watch the energy leave and the next day he started to get his vision back. So I really, I agree with you, Wanda. The animals really do seem to love the healthcare Reiki as well, and it is intended to be used with them also. In our lineage one of the things that we don't do is we don't rush from level one and two to master. We ask s- w- it's actually required. We don't have a lot of really strict rules with the ICRT, but one thing that we are fairly stringent about is waiting six months between level one and two, at least six months between level one and two and masters. And of course, lots of people wait longer than that. That's... I waited a little bit longer, I probably waited about close to a year between my level two and my master class. It was just right about a year, actually. But the reason that there needs to be a little bit of space between studying level one and two and master, and the master class is a, is not only a master practitioner class, it j- it not only makes you a stronger practitioner, but it's also a teacher class. You can become a teacher if you wish when you study the Reiki masters. You don't have to teach. That's... Sometime I thought that beco- doing my masters meant that I had to teach, and that's not true You can do the master class just for yourself or for yourself and your family. There's nothing wrong with that. But I never intended to teach, and here I am teaching. So when I teach the Reiki master courses, I always tell people, "I'm gonna teach you to teach because you might change your mind." And I can't tell you how many people, even as we're going through how to teach now, especially now with the Holy Fire system, the Holy Fire system that we teach with the ICRT and that many of you teach as well, I know that many of you that are listening, it has a hands-off style of attunement. And something happened when we moved to that hands-off style of attunement. It became more powerful, but also people... More and more people gained the confidence to be, to start teaching. And so once we explain, how we teach and how we go about it, a lot of people, even if they hadn't been thinking of teaching, they change their mind and they decide to to teach. So at the master level, one of the things I just will say, if you are at level one and two, and you've been at level one and two for at least six months, and you're getting a little nudge to become a Reiki master- I really highly encourage you to listen to that because for me personally, becoming a Reiki master totally changed my life, and it changed it for the better. Learning Reiki changed my life, but then becoming a master changed everything again. I had no intention to teach people, and now I get to travel all over the world and teach. I love teaching. It's one of my favorite things. As a Reiki teacher, you get to... If you think about the difference Reiki made in your life, you get to be a person that facilitates someone who comes to you or someone that you love receiving Reiki and having that difference in their lives. And it's so rewarding to watch your students, no matter what they studied with you just learn and grow and just become happier and more joyful in their lives. It's so beautiful to watch them step into their purpose, and so on. And I do have a question in the chat that it pertains to this, and it's, "If you're already a master teacher but not through the ICRT, do you have to wait six months after the ICRT to move on to master?" No. That's such a great question, Donna. You... If you are already a master teacher or if you already have level one and two from any Usui lineage, as long as it's been six months since you did level one and two, you don't have to redo the ICRT level one and two class. You can, and it can be nice to do that. If you're guided to, listen to your guidance. But we don't require that you do all of the, the classes with us or anything like that. You can move directly fro- if it's been six months since you've taken level one and two from Usui level one and two from any teacher, you can move on to our master class. And a lot of people do like to review the level one and two class with the ICRT because even if they do it after their master class. Because once they take the master class, and then they get that nudge to start teaching and they realize that, oh, when you've got the manuals, when you've got the code of ethics and standards of practice, and when you've got all of the things, it's not hard to teach at all. And when... there are a lot of people who, when they realize that they decide they want to teach, but then they think, "Oh, I think I'd like to teach-" An ICRT style class, so maybe I'll take one so that I'm a little bit more familiar with it. Because there are some things that we teach that aren't always taught in every Usui class. Like for instance, we teach the Japanese techniques, and I never learned the Japanese techniques in my first class. We... There, there's just, there, there are a few things that we teach that it might be n- that some people like to study with and redo it just so that they can they can just feel more comfortable teaching it themselves. Now and Justina's... I hope that answers your question. So no there's no re- requirement to wait again. If you... It's been, as long as it's been more than six months, then you can go on to the master class. And Donna, you're saying you feel that the ICRT is, it thorough. I do notice that and especially I know for myself I studied with a wonderful Reiki teacher at first, and she was absolutely the right teacher for me. I think the world of her still to this day. I didn't really see what difference it would make to study with a licensed teacher, but when I did study with a licensed teacher, licensed teachers have over 1,000 hours of training. The, the classes are very thorough. And so I was grateful to have had an opportunity to experience both, honestly. Justina is and you're and Lynn, you're saying different teachers have their own experiences and their different styles. And yeah, you took, Lynn, you retook level one and two from me after you studied Karuna and, yeah, it can be really nice to do that. I just encourage everybody to follow your guidance, because Reiki is guiding you. And so just follow your own guidance. I'm just trying to give you the structure so that it makes sense, but in the end, follow your guidance. And Justina, you have a, a wonderful cl- ask, gr- question about clarification here. You say, "Just to clarify, Animal Reiki and Animal Communication are two separate courses, and one is ICRT certified and one is not?" And that's correct. Animal Reiki is a course that I was an author of this course, and certainly much of what I learned as an animal communicator was useful and helpful in creating that course. And it is an ICRT class. It is registered with the ICRT and it is an ICRT class. Animal Communication is a course that I created myself, and I've never really been guided to I, I love teaching it. Now I've got I've trained some other teachers to teach it, which I also love that. But I've never been guided to ask if the ICRT wanted to it's it's more about communication than about Reiki, so it's always felt like it was meant to be my own thing, and I'm creating some manuals and I've got some workbooks, but I'm just developing them a little bit further into manuals and creating a book that will support it. And it's a very popular class. I've, I wound up teaching it all over the, the world, actually. And just really love teaching it. And animal Reiki is beautiful. Animal communication is about sharing thoughts and ideas and information. Animal Reiki is about sharing energy, and I think that's the best way that I can can explain that. And Wanda, you've got... Yes the professional member, that's, So- When you become a Reiki master there are a lot more pathways open for you. First of all, you can study animal Reiki at the master level if you choose to and become an animal Reiki teacher. You can study ano- animal communication at the master level. When kid Reiki is available, you'll be able to study kid Reiki at the master level. And so a, a lot of doors open, but that leads us to a question, and that, that is really common, and that is if I'm a Reiki master teacher, but I'm not affiliated with the ICRT, can I still use the manuals and things like that? So I'll try to break that down as well a little bit, and if you've studied from another teacher you can purchase, you can still purchase, as long as you can prove that you are a master teacher with your certificates, you can contact the ICRT, the office, and you can purchase the level one and two manuals to teach your Usui classes with, and they're very thorough manuals. They're very well done. They're available in a number of languages. Everything from Mandarin and Persian and French and Spanish and they're, they are available in Hindi. They're available in a number of languages. So anyone, as long as you can prove that you are a master teacher, can purchase the level one and two manual. In fact, you don't even need to be a master teacher. Anyone. There's no symbols in the level one and two, the healing touch manual, so anyone can purchase those. If you want to teach at the master level, in order to purchase our master manuals, you must have taken that course. It doesn't mean you don't necessarily have to have taken it with a licensed teacher, but you must have taken that course. So in other words, if you haven't studied the Holy Fire three at the online world peace level you can't purchase that, those manuals, and you can't... you do need to have studied the course in order to then teach it. I hope that makes sense. However, there are, we do sometimes hear from a lot of people who've maybe studied under another lineage, and they, but they're drawn to study Holy Fire. And when they study Holy Fire then they can turn around and teach that. They don't have to They can c- go ahead and study Holy Fire, and then turn around and teach that. So oh good, Wanda, I'm so glad. Now one of the things that maybe causes a bit of confusion is that once you are at the master level you can become an affiliate or a professional member of the ICRT Reiki Membership Association. And again, you don't have to have To become an affiliate member, you don't have to have all of your courses with the I- the ICRT or I guess you do have to have the master level with the ICRT. But you don't have to have all of your courses with a licensed teacher or anything. Anyone who is at the master level in either of our systems, and we also still support and some people still teach the Usui Tibetan style of Reiki. So if you've studied either Usui Tibetan style at the master level or Holy Fire at the master level, you can become an affiliate member of our Reiki Membership Association. Now, what that does, for people who are interested in it, when you are an affiliate member, you agree to follow the code of ethics and standards of practice of the ICRT. You also follow the center's philosophy and principle, which are things like not getting attached to an outcome, and trust in a higher power, whatever you decide to name it and love as the common goal, and things like that. There's I may, I should open up the center philosophies and principles, because it's, there, it's just absolutely beautiful And so you can become an affiliate member. As an affiliate member, your contact information does go on the ICRT website. Just if somebody's searching for someone who teaches this style Reiki in their region, they can search by their postal code and your name, or by their state or country. And if they are searching for an affiliate member near them, your name would show up in the database And so that's the affiliate membership. There's also a professional membership with the Reiki Membership Association. Oh, and actually, yeah, Lynn was saying if you have Holy Fire, you can also go back and take Usui Tibetan if you wish to. That's absolutely true, Lynn, and some people do that. And I had Usui Tibetan at the beginning, and then I was part of it when Holy Fire arrived in 2014. And so then I studied Holy Fire, and I continued teaching Holy Fire, but I know some of my student teachers actually teach both. I just can't find the time, so I prefer to teach Ho- the Holy Fire classes. But yes, you can a- actually study both of those lineages, the Holy Fire lineage or the Usui Tibetan lineage or both. But there is also, with the Reiki Membership Association... Oh, one of the advantages of the Reiki Membership Association also is that you can qualify for a group rate with Reiki insurance, and we have Reiki insurance in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the European Union at the present time, and we are looking to expand into a few other countries as well. But for right now that, that is... those are the group insurance policies that we that you can receive from being an ICRT member or a group rate with the insurance. And most of the insurance covers both Reiki and animal Reiki. The US is the only one I'm not sure about, because that's the only one I didn't set up. And it also can cover other modalities if you practice other modalities. So it's... And it's usually in around between $200 and $300 a year, so it's very reasonable. So that's another advantage. Now, there's also a level of membership called the professional member, and that is someone who has studied both level one and two and master with a licensed Reiki master teacher. And I know, Justina, you had put a comment in the chat that 100 years ago when you studied Reiki, it wasn't from an ICRT-trained teacher. So even though, And so actually, it looks like you... So you do... if you've studied Reiki from somebody who wasn't a licensed Reiki master teacher, and you're getting a nudge to become a professional member of the Reiki Membership Association, I will say this. I remember when I first became a professional member, I was "That's not gonna make any difference, studying, Reiki from a licensed teacher. I've taught that class 100 times, and whatever." I honestly didn't think it was going to make a big difference to become a professional member, but I was receiving guidance from Reiki that it was time to become a licensed teacher. And here's the thing. Even though I'd studied at the master level four times with William Rand who is the president and founder of the ICRT, I had never studied level one and two with a licensed teacher, so I wasn't a professional member of the Reiki Membership Association, and that's one of the requirements. You have to have been a professional member for a year. So even though I was getting a nudge to become a licensed teacher, and I had all of the qualifications except that, I had to go study level one and two from a licensed teacher, and wait a year and then apply to become a licensed Reiki master teacher. Now, I'm gonna tell you this. It's one of the best things I've ever done, because that class changed everything. I had no idea that becoming a professional member of the Reiki Membership Association was going to change things so fundamentally at an energetic level. It really rocked my world in a most beautiful, wonderful way. I... It changed how I taught my classes. Reiki started working with me differently, and the only way that I can explain this or describe it is to say it's almost like- When we say we're ready to become a professional member of the Reiki Membership Association, or the RMA, we're saying, "I'm gonna work more seriously with you now," or I'm... and it's not serious. Serious isn't the right word. "I'm gonna work more diligently with you," or, "I'm gonna work more with you now." And it's almost like Reiki comes back and says, "And I'm gonna be more diligent with you." There's a completely different relationship that establishes between you and Reiki when you do that professional membership. Yes, Wanda, that's the word. Wanda's got the word. It's commitment. It's like you're making more of a commitment to Reiki, and Reiki's making more of a commitment to you. Thank you, Wanda. I've been struggling to find the right word for that for years now, and that's what it is. You become more committed, Reiki becomes more committed, and the entire relationship shifts. And I know that my business, which was already doing well, and it wasn't... I didn't start a Reiki business 'cause I wanted to make money. There's easier ways to make money. And but I started a Reiki business 'cause you wanted to share Reiki with people. You wanted people to have the beautiful miracles in their life that you get to witness on the daily. And and yet the success in the business is something that just often just comes alongside that. And so that was really lovely. So for any of you who are getting a nudge, you might have to go and redo all of your classes. And some of us le- there's less of us that do it now, but when p- particularly when it was in person classes, and many times we had to travel really far and spend a lot of money to take our classes. We teach something called an RMA class, which is five days of classes in a row or, or o- over five or six days, or in the same week. And so for instance, my classes in Campobello are like, are set up like that. It was... It's a little less important now that people don't have to travel for classes, so I know that's probably why fewer teachers do it. I still do it because that way if somebody needs to review all of their classes to become a professional member, they can take a week off holidays and just, or whatever, and just get it all done. And so w- if you are getting a nudge to be a professional member for whatever reason, then, trust that. If that's a nudge that you're getting, trust that, and it may be important to review, to retake all of your classes with a licensed teacher. But I know I don't regret having done that. It, it really did change it really did change everything. So and sometimes people think but my teacher studied with William Rand, so they must be," they must be a licensed teacher. That's not the case. I studied with William Rand. I was not a licensed teacher. The licensed teacher program is another thing altogether, and so I just wanna tell you a little bit about that. So I know your question was would I need to... I- in order to enroll in the LRMT program, yes, that is one of the things that you would need to do is retake the courses and become a professional member and wait a year like I had to do as well. And honestly, guys it is worth it. When I got the nudge to become a licensed teacher, I'm gonna be honest with you, I didn't want to. I was very aware that there was a lot of paperwork required, and probably the least favorite thing in the world for me is paperwork. I've done enough of it in my lifetime, I feel, and that I shouldn't ever have to do it again. And when I got that nudge, when Reiki said, "Look, it's time to become a licensed teacher," I didn't want to do it. But I did reach out to Colleen Minelli, and I said, this is some guidance that I received in 2017 in a class with William Rand." And Colleen said, "Great. Here's the 42-page manual of how to apply." Now, I gotta tell you, it's in the 50s now, the manual, because it's a there were a few concepts that are better explained and there's sort of some new charts and graphs that we're adding to the manual. But applying to be a licensed Reiki master teacher is a big deal. It's over 1,000 additional hours of training, and it is a big commitment. So becoming a professional member that's great. That's reviewing your classes and you can become a professional member with a licensed Reiki master teacher. But bear in mind that those licensed Reiki master teachers that you're studying with have done over 1,000 additional hours of training. So when I entered the program in 2018, I had been teaching Reiki since 2011 to animals and to humans. I had very successful businesses. I'd studied Reiki with William Rand at the master level four times f- twice at the re- at the Usui Reiki master level and twice at the Karuna Reiki master level. And I wasn't And I but I wasn't qualified t- even to apply. In order to apply, I still had to get several things in place, so I will talk to you about that. And you have about the length of the cla- of the 1,000 hours is usually three years. Sometimes it does extend a little bit beyond that. Sometimes people do get through it quicker, but it's typically a three-year program. I'll tell you what I did a, a master's degree in university, my master's in business administration. It was a great course. I learned a lot. It Part-time, it took me five years to do. It wasn't any It, The LRMT program is the equivalent. It was n- no tougher. The, the MBA was no tougher than the LRMT program, in a sense. I say tougher. There were a lot of rewards to it, but it was also a lot of work. It really was. So before I ta- do talk about the licensed Reiki master teacher class, let me talk about one other master class that does get that does get, it never expires. Once you're a licensed Reiki master teacher you sign a contract agre- there... I'll tell you a little bit about the program, and then we'll go from there. So it's you... it's not like you finish the program and then you just coast. You, there's actually as an LRMT we continue working pretty hard with Reiki, just with it... we're very committed to Reiki, and we just want to share it with as many people who want to receive it as possible. There is one other master class, though, that often gets people confused, and it's the Karuna Reiki Master class. And now with Holy Fire, it's a Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master class. It's how most people teach it. And the Karuna Reiki Master is another form of Reiki. It's an advanced Reiki master class that is really only in our lineage. It's something that William Rand developed. He developed it in the late '90s, and he developed it because several of his students were bringing s- him symbols, these extra symbols that... And- they were the same symbols even though different people had apparently channeled them. And so he, following his guidance, he gathered some of his most clairvoyant students, and they sat with all the symbols, and they listened to them. He just gathered them over time, and then he was told to form a system of Reiki with them. And so they listened, and they took eight of the symbols that gave the most consistent results. And Justina said, "It's life-changing, absolutely incredible." I agree, Justina. I was guided about two years after. It's, we ask that you be a Reiki master from any lineage, a Usui Reiki master from any Usui lineage, for at least six months before studying at the Karuna Reiki master level. I gave it a couple of years because I wanted to go with a dear friend, and that was the timing that worked for the both of us. And so two years after in 2013, two years after becoming a Reiki master, which completely changed my life, I became a Karuna Reiki master. And one of the things about Karuna, I remember going to that class thinking, "This isn't gonna change anything." My life has just done a 180 since I studied at the master level. I st- I ga- stopped doing business consulting because it didn't feed my soul. I started teaching Reiki right away, which I said I was never going to do. My business flourished. My horses were so happy. They received Reiki at a higher levels. My, my, all my animals were involved with Reiki, with, they were involved with my students, my riding students, my Reiki students. It was just, my children studied Reiki, our family. I- we're, we feel very blessed to be as close with our children as we are, and I really believe that has a lot to do with Reiki and actually our entire families are close. My, with our, with my husband's siblings, with my siblings, with all the cousins, they all get along and I really believe Reiki's a big part of that. So in 2013, Reiki had already made so many changes in my, in our family dynamics, in our lives, in my life, in my career, in everything, that I really went to the Karuna class thinking life doesn't get any better than this, but I'll go anyway because I'm being guided to go." And I'll tell you, it me that Karuna class just was incredible. It knocked my socks off And I became an author with that class. Everything became more effortless, easier. The horses, even though not all the horses wanted to be attuned to Karuna, only about half of them did, They really enjoy... Everybody enjoyed the energy. So Karuna Reiki is an advanced Reiki master class. And Donna, you're so welcome. I'm really glad that's helpful for you. You were saying, "Will more courses make a difference?" I know, right? Like you think that. You think what's the difference?" And then you take the class and you're like, "Oh, that made a really big difference." So Karuna was like that. I literally went to Karuna going, "Life doesn't get any better than this," and then it did. So I love that course. I can't say enough about it. It's also just stunning to teach. And you'll notice I don't have any Karuna classes on my schedule, but Gloria has been asking me to put one in. So for you, Gloria, the class, and for anybody else who wants to study Karuna, I will have a Karuna master class happening in November. I think it will probably replace... I had... I was thinking of teaching some animal communication in November, and I think I'll switch that out for Karuna Reiki because it is a very powerful, beautiful class. I agree with you Gail. It really is So switching back now, guys, we've got the courses, and that's how they work. And I do wanna say one more thing. Some of us, some of you might be thinking gosh, William, as the president and the founder of the ICRT, he is getting older. Is the organization gonna continue?" Actually, I've had a lot of conversations with William about that, and he's been very adamant that the ICRT needs to carry on after he's gone. And with that in mind, because I'm an assistant director with the ICRT, I get to see a lot of what is going on, what's happening. And I have never seen such a well-thought-out, well-designed, well-developed succession plan in my life. And it's just incredible to me that this is at William's insistence. He d- he does not want if, this organization to go anywhere. He's, it's been his life's work, and he The LRMT program that I'm about to talk about, he started that program. Yeah, it is good to hear, isn't it? No, I've never seen anything like this. And I do want to just give a shout-out to Karen Harrison, who has just been spearheading a lot of the work, to Colleen Binelli who is These, they are the two, two of the senior directors that are part of the succession planning. Jill Teal. I I do wanna give a shout-out to the directors and to Team Reiki, because everyone is just putting in s- such a tremendous effort. But, the legal documents, like everything has been set up. It's just it's just remarkable. And and it didn't even occur to me, but this is something that, that William had been thinking about, and it was really important to him So going back to one of the things that William set up is after his manuals he created manuals for his students, and a publisher wanted to publish them, and once they did, suddenly William's classes were in a lot of demand. People really liked his writing style. Good night, Clara Elena. And he couldn't teach all of the, the students that were coming to him. So he thought okay, I'm gonna have to refer some of the students to other teachers, but how do I know that those teachers are going to be offering the same quality of class that I'm o- that I offer?" And he thought maybe I could train them, and then they would offer the same quality of class." So that's what he decided to do. And it's had a few different names, but essentially he created the Licensed Reiki Master Teacher program then, and that's the, the name that it has now. It wasn't always 1,000 hours of training, but it was a pretty significant amount of training, and that training happens with a mentor. Each Licensed Reiki Master Teacher student gets a mentor. So to be eligible to apply for the LRMT program we do need to have several things in place. We need to have taught at least eight classes. We need to have been teaching for at least two years. We need to have been a professional member of the Reiki Membership Association following the code of ethics and standards of practice for at least one year. And for instance, the code of ethics and standards of practice say we provide an ICRT manual to each of our students, 'cause that's what they expect when they take an ICRT course and things like that, so not photocopied. You can add you can always add additional material. That's fine. But we do have minimum requirements for our courses, so you've been teaching that way and following that standard for at least a year. And you need to have attended the LRMT meeting at the at the Reiki, the International Reiki Retreat, and that's coming up on Labor Day weekend. Another thing is you need to have studied Karuna Reiki from a licensed Reiki master teacher. And there are a few other requirements as well in order to apply, but those are the main ones that kind of hold people up because y- of the timing. Teaching for at least two years, a professional member for at least a year, teaching, having taught eight classes and this sort of thing. Now, it can be a really good idea if you're starting to get those in place, if you've been given a nudge to become a licensed Reiki master teacher, and I will tell you this, guys, not everybody is accepted who has the requirements. There... Once we apply, that's just to apply we have, we go through a financial audit. We go through a, like a mental health testing. We, th- there's, there are still a number of things that we do need to if we are accepted to go on to the next level there are still a number of things that we need to get in place. We need to send in references and it's a really big process actually. But if you, once you get those first things in place, once you've been a professional member for at least a year, you've taught for at least two years, you have taught at least eight classes, you've been to the li- the Reiki retreat the International Reiki Retreat, and studied Karuna Reiki from a licensed Reiki master teacher, there's a four-page questionnaire that you can fill in. And as you fill that in you send that in. There's a fee to send it in. It's reviewed, and if it's determined that you do have the qualifications then a- and you pass the social media audit and so on to show that, you haven't been On social media being inappropriate and things like that then you may receive an invitation to do the full application. And of course, there's, it's it's a bigger fee for the full application because there's a lot to it, and there's a lot... i'm on the team that has a l- I was on the team that has a look at the, that when it comes in. Now Karen and Jill are doing that, and there's a lot to going through everything and accepting. And once you are accepted, if you are accepted, you then once you pass, go through all of the, the things, all of the slides, all of the versions, then you are assigned a mentor, and you work twice a month with that mentor. And then there's a number of requirements in that, in, in your training. Like we write a paper, we have a test, we have to do 100 sessions and document them and send that in. We have to teach a certain number of classes. We review a class with our mentor, and then once you've got that first section, all of the requirements done, then you do a co-teach with your mentor, and you are... And if y- if everything goes through smoothly, then, and you pass that level, then you are licensed at that level, and then you begin the process of becoming licensed at the next level. So it, there is a lot to it. But what I will say is that where the program used to be able to only accept, two to five students a year, we now have quite a number of mentors available. And the reason they couldn't accept many is they didn't have a lot of mentors, people who were trained and qualified to be a mentor, and there's a, a number of steps to... i'm a mentor. I've mentored two students through the program now, and both of my students went through quite quickly. I had gone through the program fairly quickly as well. But, you have to meet a number of re- requirements to be a mentor as well. And now we have more mentors, and in fact, we have some mentors that don't have students, so we're in the lovely position of being able to accept more students. The mentor it varies how many they're assigned at a time. For instance, Colleen Binelli, who's a senior mentor, has... i've seen her have as many as three students three or even four. When I went through, she had three, and it was lovely because we all met together. I had two students at the same time at one point when Ting, when Ken Lock entered and Ting was finishing up I had both of them going through the program. Often, it's one-to-one. I've seen Karen have more than one and mentor more than one student. But m- many times it's I think Jill has maybe mentored more than one, but many times it's it is one, one-to-one. I've s- Shelly and Mike Kammermeyer mentor together. I've seen them mentor a couple of students at a time and But it is often one-to-one. And it is wonderful to have a mentor to guide you. Now, guys, even if that program, even if this isn't the time or the program's not right for you, I would encourage you to take a look. I'm going to just share my screen for a minute and show you. On the ICRT, which is reiki.org, on their webpage, there is the ICRT Licensed Reiki Master Teacher program page, and actually this is photos of all of the people that are qualified as mentors right now. And only about ha- a little over half of them are mentoring students right now, and some of them, that, that's fine, but others will, wouldn't mind. And so we've got just some information about the history of the program and some of the benefits. We've got information about the requirements. But there is something here called the LRMT Program Manual. Even if I would encourage you to click on that and check it out, and even if it's not the time for you to become a licensed teacher, just following some of the suggestions and guidelines in that manual will help you grow your pro- your grow your own businesses. So it can be really helpful. And guys, I know I've been talking for quite a while. I just wonder if anyone, before we move into our meditation, does anyone have any questions that I haven't answered? Or would you like to sh- anyone that's here, would you like to share anything? Hopefully it's because I did answer your questions that there aren't any. And for those that are still here, I wonder if I could invite you to go into a meditation with me now. I was very thorough. Thank you, Wanda. You're kind. Oh, one thing I did want to mention, you guys, is reviewing classes. When you review, the Reiki class will always meet you where you are. So I highly encourage you to review classes, even if you review them with the same teacher. Sometimes you might be guided to another teacher. Reviewing classes, I have reviewed every one of my classes at least four times, except for the ones that I've reviewed five and six times, and I also intend to keep reviewing as soon as I can free up my schedule a little bit. There are several of the licensed teachers that I want to take their classes, and so that's my intention to do that. And sometimes if you study with the same teacher, I know for myself, if you come back and study a course a second time, it's half price the second time. And so that can make it... As, as long as I have room in the class. So that could make it easier. And Lynn says, "I love to review classes, as with Healthcare Reiki." I just find I learn more the second time around, and the third time around I'm thinking, "Gosh, this is the same class, same teacher, and I'm still learning more." So highly recommend. And some teachers will, maybe they even charge a lower fee to review. I don't know. I only charge 50% if you studied with me already, and then I charge 50% if you're studying with the same class the second time. But that makes it really helpful. And yeah, reviewing classes is never a waste of time. It's a big part of our training in the licensed teacher program, and I really could see the value of it through the program So guys, I just wanna say thank you so much to you all for sticking with me, and if any of you can hang on a little bit longer, I just have a bit of a meditation here that we can go through that will just help you see what's the next right step for you. And do you know, it might surprise you. It might not be what your mind is thinking. As we go through this meditation and you're listening to Reiki, Reiki might have something very different in mind for you. So I'm just gonna encourage everyone who's here to just go ahead and make yourselves comfortable. Close your eyes Placing your hands on your heart or in Gassho, or just placing your hands on your body where you feel guided and breathe And just letting your shoulders droop And thinking about the muscles around our eyes and jaws and letting them relax I'm just activating Reiki. Noticing, just bringing awareness to the surface beneath you that's holding you and supporting you And just being here now, there's nowhere else you need to be. Nothing to solve or decide. For these next few moments Just allow Reiki to move through you so that you can receive We invite Reiki to flow now in whatever way that is right for you If you have any Reiki symbols, just invite them to join you If you're new to Reiki, just allow yourself to receive the love and healing that's here and available to you I'm going to include my healthcare Reiki symbols, my Karuna Reiki symbols, and my animal Reiki symbol for all of you and even my animal communication symbols Those show up at the master level And just so you can experience those today and get a sense of them And I invite Reiki to surround each person listening with light and love and healing that's right for them, and just help us release any expectation that doesn't belong to us and any need to compare our journey with anyone else's And if you're afraid that you're behind, just let that go If you feel there are things you should already know, let that go too Just remembering that each of our paths has its own rhythm its own perfect timing and its own wisdom I invite you to imagine now that you're standing at the beginning of a beautiful path. Maybe it's through a forest or across a field. It might be beside the ocean, through the mountains, or even another galaxy. You don't need to create the scene with your mind, just allow the path to reveal itself in whatever way it chooses And as you're on this path, just notice the earth beneath your feet and the air around you. Notice whether it's morning or afternoon, evening or night, and notice how you feel because this is your Reiki path. No one else can walk it for you And no one else's path needs to look like yours Behind you are all of the experiences that have brought you here All of the healing you've received, the classes you've taken, the people and animals you've met, the questions you've carried, and the moments when Reiki changed your life We take a moment now just to honor all of it, even the pauses, even the times when we felt stuck or uncertain and thought nothing was happening. Reiki was always there walking with us I invite you now to just become aware of a loving presence beside you. It might be Reiki or an enlightened being. It could be a divine healer or divine animal, a guide, an ancestor, or maybe just a beautiful light Whatever shows up for you Notice the feeling of being completely known, accepted, and supported This present doesn't dictate or tell you what to do. It never rushes you. It's here just to help you hear your truth Together we begin walking along our paths, each a different path You may notice that ahead, your path opens into a wide, beautiful clearing of some sort, and from this clearing, there are several pathways extending in different directions. One of those pathways might lead toward deeper personal healing. One might lead toward becoming a Reiki master or a teacher. Another might lead toward animals and the natural world. One might lead toward children, teens, and families. Another might lead toward hospitals, hospice, or other places where compassionate and professional care is needed One might even lead toward hearing the voices and information and wisdom of animals more clearly. But in the center of all these paths, there's a place to rest where nothing new is required, and the only invitation you have is to practice, receive, and integrate It's important for you to know that you don't have to walk down every path. You don't even have to choose one today. You can simply rest in the center and notice As we pause, in the center You may wish to ask now, what is my next right step? And don't try to force an answer. Just let the question go And Reiki may communicate with you through sensation or feeling, colors, images, memory, words, knowing, or even silence. But we're just going to pause here and listen for the next minute or so. What is my next right step? Now ask yourself, is there something I'm being called to learn? And I invite you to just listen once more with all of your senses Next, ask, is there something I'm being called to practice? Is there something I'm being called to offer? Is there something I'm being called to release? Or is this a time to rest, receive, and allow what I have already learned to become part of me? I invite you now to notice just whether one path might seem brighter or warmer or more alive to you Notice if your body just leans toward one of them Notice what feels expansive or peaceful or attractive or familiar Notice if anything feels tight or hurried or rushed. There's no judgment. We're just listening and learning the language of our own inner authority If a pathway looks brighter or interesting to you, why don't you just take one small step toward it now? You don't have to see the whole journey. And if there's nothing clear, if it's more about resting, just remain in the center, allowing yourself to be held Not knowing where we're going can be sacred. We don't have to force clarity. It can arrive tomorrow, next month, in a conversation, as you're doing Reiki next week, as you're doing dishes, at a time when you're not even looking for it. But we will ask the following question. We'll go into mouse view and just ask, what's one very small action that I can take This week, today, tomorrow, later this week. Maybe it's just as simple as practicing your self-Reiki every day, or reviewing a manual, or reaching out to a teacher, or offering a session. Maybe it's journaling, or spending time with an animal, or starting a class. Maybe it's waiting, trusting. Whatever it is, what's one simple action that I can take? And from here you may notice the beautiful presence beside you placing a gift in your hands, or they may place it directly into your heart The gift might have a shape or a color or a feeling. It might be courage or patience, confidence, time, discernment, permission, trust. Whatever it is, open your heart and receive it now, and allow Reiki to carry it to every part of you that is open to receiving it. And you can say to yourself or out loud, after me if you wish, "I trust the wisdom of Reiki within me." I honor the timing of my path. I don't need to know every step. I'm willing to receive the next right step, and when the time is right, I'm willing to take it And so as we prepare to come back, we say thank you to the beautiful presence that's walked with you, knowing that this support is available whenever you return to your heart and ask We allow the pathways and clearing to soften and just gently dissolve from your awareness so that you begin to notice your breath again, feeling the surface beneath you, noticing the room that you're in, allowing Reiki to continue to flow And just integrate anything you received in exactly the right way and time And so I invite you to take a deep breath in And a deep breath out And to bring your hands together at your heart As we say Reiki, God, Source, whatever name that you use, thank you for the healing, the clarity, and the guidance. And we invite Reiki to continue to guide each of us toward the learning, practice, service, or rest that is right for us. We ask for help in recognizing our path by the peace and truth and love that we feel when we're within it We ask that every step that we take serves our own healing and also the highest good of all. And we say thank you. And so it is I invite you to come back whenever you're ready, just opening your eyes and coming back into the room. Some of you may wish to write down some of what you received, and I don't want you to rush off and register for a class tonight or make an immediate decision. Just allow the meditation to continue to work, and just allow yourself to listen to Reiki I want to thank you so much for being here with me this evening as the light has completely faded and I can't even see most of you now. I appreciate you and all the light that you're spreading in the world just by being you. Thank you. Namaste
