So on this podcast, I am delighted to be talking with my friend Kathy Milowski about the Akashic Records. And people often ask me, because I do have pre cognizance and so on, but when you're precog, when you have psychic abilities, you're not always great at getting answers for yourself about your own life. And so people ask me, who's my person? And Kathy is my go-to person for all of that. So welcome, Kathy.

Kathy:

I'm glad you're here. And Kathy is the licensed Reiki master teacher with the International Center for Reiki training. She trained with Linda Howe with her Akashic record training. She's got a new course coming out and she's just an all around amazing person that I met when I started in the program in 2018. We met in Hawaii and we've just been fast friends ever since. And anytime I'm in a bind, like I can't see my way forward. Kathy, you're my person, and you know that, so thank you.

Aw, thank you. Thanks so much for joining us today. And I just wanted to let everybody know before we get too far in about some of the things that we have coming up here on the farm, and then we'll check out what Kathy has coming up too. And just as we started Kathy, it started raining and I just have to tell you that it's been so dry here and New Brunswick is never dry. We've had forest fires all summer that they, like the west Coast,

Kathy:

right?

Pam:

And we are just not used to that. This is the first time in my lifetime and I'm over half a century old. That's all I'm gonna say about that. This is the first time it's been dry like this. And now as we're talking, this is the first significant looking and it's not supposed to rain today. This is the first significant looking rainfall we have had since last May. And. So I think there's something going on here that's something important.

Kathy:

Nourishment coming to the ground, nourishing us all. I love

Pam:

water's life. Water is life. And we are mostly made of water. And the animal kingdom reminds us of that, that's our common denominator. The water in each of us when we entrain to each other, we're all over 70% water and every living thing is made up mostly of water. So the planet is mostly water. It's mostly water. It's so very important. So I'm just delighted to receive this water on our land today. And some people that have been in Reiki shares with me know that this has been a concern. And we've been sending Reiki to water, so to receiving rain. So this is delightful. One of the things I wanna let people know that I'm so ridiculously excited about is that Christie Carlson and I are planning a Reiki trip to Kenya, and that is February 19th to 28th. We held the information session earlier this week, but if you are interested, just send me a note and I'll include the information. I'll send you a copy of the information session. I'll also put a link to it in our next newsletter. And just as a reminder, if you don't already get our newsletter, please go onto our website, Reiki from the pharm.com and register. It takes about 30 seconds to a minute, and it just gives us a way to always stay in touch and so that you can see. What's happening over here and what you might like to be a part of. The African trip is gonna be amazing with just one day in Nairobi shopping and just getting used to the culture, giving ourselves a chance to settle in. And then we're gonna head to Nevada a game park, which is where we're going to do four days of classes. A Reiki level one and two, and an animal Reiki level one and two class. Everybody will be taking those four days, but if you've already taken either or both of those classes from me, you can come at the review rate, which is 50% of the class fee. So it's just a wonderful way to start off our day, our time together, and we are gonna do a bit of class on Friday evening so that we can have a little bit more time. While we're in Nevada to go get out and see the animals. And then we're going to wrap up our trip with a three days on Safari or two days on Safari, and a bit of time traveling there. And we are going to a beautiful spot for Safari. It's actually Kechi and so I'll be happy to send you the links if you're interested. It looks a bit fancy actually for camping, but we are going to the same area where Jane Goodall did her work with the Gobin Jade chimpanzees. And one of the reasons that I'm extremely excited to go to Kenyan, I couldn't quite figure it out, but I as many of after losing the horses, I was. A bit of grief or a lot of grief actually. And the one thing that really perked me up all summer was when Christie and I would meet to talk about this opportunity and bringing you all there with us and just try, just trying to get more ICRT Reiki in Africa, or Reiki at all in Africa. And it, it kept coming to me, the cradle of civilization. And I thought, I don't think that's right. And come to realize that Kenya, Ethiopia, and Somalia are the cradle of humanity. This is where humanity began. And so I just think it's so interesting that we are at a time where humanity is evolving to just, to really go to the origin and, anyway, eight people can come. It is limited. Would love to have you join us if you want to. And can we also have some Reiki classes here at the farm? There's a Reiki master class this week. Animal Reiki next weekend Animal Reiki masters. Following that, the level one and two CLA animal Reiki class is online and in person here at the farm. The master classes are in the evenings online, and so if you're trying to fit in a master class, but it's hard to work around your work schedule, this is one, just a lovely way to spend four evenings together and walk away with your masters. Also, Tracy and I are teaching healthcare Reiki November 15th and 16th and 22nd and 23rd. That's four evenings online from five 30 to 10:00 PM Eastern time. I have a Una Reiki class coming up November 17th to 20th over the evenings. And that's just something I'm trying to see if that works well for you. I am working on my animal communication book, although, as I'm also working on finishing up renovating a house. So that's, the book is on hold until the house is complete by the end of the month. And, I do have my animal communication classes coming up. I only teach that a few times a year, but that's coming up November 22nd and 23rd. Online it's a weekend. Then animal communication level three, which is the becoming a professional practitioner class is the 24th and 25th two evenings. And then there's a master teacher class December 1st to third, which is just after the US Thanksgiving online over the evenings. We do have a few other healthcare Reiki classes. We're looking to hold in person one here on the farm in June. And one in Connecticut in the end of March. Details of those will come out soon. And also I've been invited to teach in Hong Kong next September, so I will be coming to Asia. So I'm really excited about that. In the new year I'll be having some Reiki mentoring, some marketing and so keep an eye out for that in the newsletter. That was a lot. Sorry, KA, I don't always talk quite that long for this part. Kathy, what do you have coming up? You've got some really cool things on the go-to.

Kathy:

I do. You could always check out everything I have on Wisconsin Reiki dot com and I do things online and in person. For the psychic studies, I do offer psychic studies. You will see one up there, it's called the Wheel. And what it is something I've been doing for four years. It gets, it's online, it's not in person. It's online for everybody. And it is remarkable. Everybody seems to love it. They get the empowerment that you guys might be receiving today. Today. And we work with Oracle Cards'cause that's a nice medium for people to work with. And what we do is we work with the astrology charts. I give you a workbook and we work through the houses and I explain what that means. So house one is personality, how people see you. Okay. And so you pull, after you get the activation, you pull out a card for yourself, your own cards.'cause we're gonna get used to your cards and you're gonna pull it out and see what you say. See what see what the information it is. Because psychic work is all about trust within yourself, right? And being active with that trust with yourself. So when information comes to you, you receive it and you believe it. And so that's one, one. And I go over that a little bit so people get a little bit more, have the fundamentals why they're working with their cards. But it's all about empowering the other person. You know what I mean? To say, Hey, you can do this. You really can. It's a little harder for ourselves to do ourselves. It's a little trickier. I gotta tell you, Pam I do some I'll explain a little later, but I do open my records up once in a while, but not really because I just put it out there and like when you were talking about Kenya. I know you're gonna get eight people. Because what will happen to me is like that energy will go out there, you put that energy out there, and then it came back to me and it gave me a reading. Is it gonna happen or not? And it said it was gonna happen. I was like, okay, that's easy enough. And so that will happen as I work with the records and work with my psychic abilities, that's what happens to me. I will get like a flashback, come back at me, an energy that I put out there or somebody else puts out there, and it will feel either very smooth or very rigid to me that frequency. And that's how I know it's a yes or no answer, deal just to do it that way. So I have all different kind of two different kind of psychic classes to work with for other people. I am launching a a heart intelligence class I've been working on for three years ago. I wor I have a book on Amazon and you can see it on my website. And Heart Intelligence is a class that I formed in a book and it's all about working with your heart, your empathic sin. And so the power of that, a lot of people come to me and say, how do you empathically work with everything you do so strongly and not affect you? You know what I mean? You wanna be a hermit, or you wanna do this or do that,

Pam:

right? And stay

Kathy:

away from that. And so the book kinda explains things, gives you think, again, empowers you to work on yourself too. And and gives you a whole bunch of different kind exercises and things like that and what's really going on. And also the empowerments that you get with the class through that. And a hope. And a lot of people get a lot of different, a lot of different reports are coming in of what has unlocked for them their own special abilities.'cause I believe we're all psychic, we're all healers, we're all creators, we're all empathic, right? We're all manifesters. Is are we active in this? I've always been an active healer since I was a little girl. I've seen energy patterns since I was born, and they never went away from me. So I kind of work with patterns all the time, and that's how I've always been an active healer. And then when I got into high school, I started getting psychic flashes and psychic answers and things like that, and they were always right. So I started trusting myself more and more to talk to my girlfriends about their day, and so I actually c cultivated friendships and things like that with my, with working with my psychic abilities.

Pam:

Wow.

Kathy:

I believe that's what I believe in, and that's my root of any class or anything I do, is that everybody has this, no one's better than the other one. It's just that are you working at it? Are you active in it? Are you actively working with that psychic muscle or your healing muscle? You know what I mean? Like when we channel Reiki, right? Yep. If we say give it to ourselves all the time. You know what I mean? Like at least once a day, give it to yourself because you're working that muscle of the healing of connecting to Reiki. To me, that's the most powerful thing in the world, is to give myself Reiki because I am having a clearer, each time I give Reiki, I am learning something about myself. I am learning something about Reiki. I am learning something about the vibration we both are together with. And so to me that's the most important thing is to listen to yourself, to go within, and so all my classes are based on that. And that's why I love Reiki.'cause it's all supports that completely, and so like you, I do retreats too. I offer day retreats at my center, at the carriage house, and I'm in Deerfield, Wisconsin. And and then I also offer, and that's usually a day. It's usually nine to four. What is going on? It's called the crystal sounds. And so it's about sound healing. I'm a sound healer, so I have crystal bowls. I'm a holographic practitioner, and so we'll be doing that. We're gonna go to a saw ca and things like that. My big one is in May 17th, th 14th through the 17th. And it's in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. And we're actually working on the celebration of your inner child. And so through those days, it's a sleepover. So it's through those days. We have a DJ that comes through. She actually comes to all the things like the old time dj, with the records. We're gonna do a whole bunch. We have a therapist's coming through that help work the journal time. So she's going, she's been in my retreats. A lot of these people that pop up that work with me and my team are usually somebody that's specialty in something, that whatever's going on. And so we're gonna have a fun time. We're gonna have a ball and like a ball of dance ball, and then. Yeah. Yeah. We're gonna dress in whites this year. Last June, we were in witchy, the witchy poo. I remember

Pam:

I saw

Kathy:

your Facebook photo. All, we all dressed up in like witches and it was so much fun. And they all decided that we need to do an inner child one. So that's how that came out, and so it's different things. We're gonna have a playground one night, and with that we're going to make tent forts and color and bead friendship bracelets. And we were just talking about having show and tell. That sounds like so much fun,

Pam:

you bring something.

Kathy:

So just little things like that. But it's all about empowering yourself. We're gonna be working with the energy work that we're gonna be working with is C Chem and all of, and so that gets down into a little bit more deeper. And that energy work it is not Reiki, it's seventh dimensional energy coming through. And with that it's usually group events and so it clears you out really well. Kinda deal and a work sound thing. So it's really fun. And again, everything I offer is empowerments. It's empowering you because you can do this, but sometimes we need a little help, even I do.

Pam:

Yes. Even I do.

Kathy:

And that's and most of my wellness retreats are not just for Reiki practitioners, but it's for people that most of'em are spiritualists and most of them have some kind of job healing doing this and doing that or whatever. And they get fatigued and they need love. They need some love and laughter. It's hugged around a forest, so we could go forest bathing anytime you want. It's 32 steps. So

Pam:

you should come over sometime. Pam, you would love it. I'm thinking that I should, Kathy,

Kathy:

you would love it. I really, I love

Pam:

Wisconsin.

Kathy:

You love, you would love the people. It's just a wonderful community of people that really share. People are diverse, but. We all share and it's, it really, it's been really beautiful. It's been five years doing it, and it's beautiful. It just

Pam:

keeps growing too, doesn't it? Like it? Yes.

Kathy:

Because we keep learning. Yeah. Each morning. Do you know what I mean? We do different things. We put different things in the program, and it's just for empowering and enjoying, yeah. Yeah. That's a little bit this year for me. Oh,

Pam:

I love it. Kathy. That's, although you should also come to Africa, but it's tempting, right? Yeah. It's very tempting. Oh, guys, before we go too far, let's just go ahead and go into a an an invocation. I'm missing my words today. Kathy, you might have to take over. You were talking about empowering and I realized it's funny because I do an exercise at the beginning of the Reiki business book where I help people find out what, like, how Reiki wants to work with them or how they want to work with Reiki. And because the book, as I was writing the book, as the energy came in and I listened and I wrote and I say that I go back and read some of it and I'm like, oh, this is pretty good. I wonder who wrote this? I don't, it came through as the book came through, one of the things it was very clear was that not everybody's Reiki practice is gonna look like mine or like yours. It's everybody's different. Some people are gonna be medical doctors using it in what they do, and lawyers and plumbers and estheticians and hairdressers and maybe they love doing hair, but then they incorporate Reiki into that. And so it was really clear. And so as I did that exercise myself what showed up for me it, you write down one thing that you're very passionate about. And if you sign up there, I'll send you that first chapter so that you can have this exercise that's something that I send out and doubt. And there's, there's, so you write down the things that you're passionate about really quickly without thinking too much.'cause you're trying to dive in deep not, you're trying not to use your mind to do this. You're trying to use your heart, your soul, and then you write down things that you've done that you're proud of. And then you have to go back really quickly and circle one in one category and one in the other. And you put that together. That's generally your life purpose. And I was k confused'cause there were so many things I was passionate about. I was passionate about horses and Reiki and essential oils and the green party politics. There were so many things I was passionate about. My kids, my family, gardening be working with the land, the earth, all of these things. And what showed up was a bit surprising that my life purpose is empowering people. And so I love how you're saying that, Kathy, that this is all about empowering people. And that's what I love about Reiki too, is when you take a Reiki class, it's about empowering you. It's not about following a bunch of strict rules and things like that. It's about empowering you to get to know yourself better, get to know Reiki better, like you just said and so on. And the one thing that I find,'cause when I teach animal communication it's very similar. Like it's, you are developing your psychic abilities with animal communication. And it's very, people are generally very successful in the classes. However, the thing that's hardest for most people, and I've been teaching this since 2011, the thing that's hardest for most people is trusting themselves and having confidence in themselves. So I love that your empowerment does that. And we're gonna just start, dip our toe into that right now. So I'm just gonna invite everybody to bring your hands together in Gassho, and if there are any Reiki symbols that you wish to use or that want to come in, just imagine them moving to between your palms and through your palms and into your heart, the gift of love, and just letting land some of the things that Kathy said. See if you can take ownership of the statement. I am a healer, I am psychic, I am an empath. How do those land with you? And if there are any blocks that are preventing you from. Being those things, being your authentic self, your highest self. Just ask yourself where they exist in your body, what shape and color they might be, and just invite Reiki to flow through your hands, into your body, into your heart, and to just find those blocks and barriers and just gently tease them away, returning them to the source of all that is, and in their place. Just allow the light of confidence settle. Knowing that you can do everything Kathy and I have done and more, but what you will do will be unique and right for you, and the world needs to hear your voice. The world needs you operating as your best self now more than ever. With the changes that we're all experiencing, it's time to show up. Step up and you're ready. Thank you, Aho. Namaste.

your voice. I was thinking that when you were talking in the beginning, I was like, she's so comforting. I just really do. Thank you.

Pam:

Aw, thank you Kathy. It's funny because when I, when Reiki first told me, and the sun is coming out a little bit now, but we did have a quite a nice little drenching here. When Reiki told me to start a podcast, I was like, but I don't have a nice voice. Something, I think with animal Reiki especially at the master level Oh yeah. Developing that course. I really learned to listen and I think as I learned to listen my voice changed and Reiki really started to. Always flow, pretty much always flow through my voice. And I don't dislike it as much as I used to. Beautiful.

Kathy:

I gotta tell you something, Uhhuh Animal Reiki masterclass changed my life. And everybody's really? I'm like, yes, it did. I've always been an animal communicator. So that was fine. And it got stronger. Not as hard, to work at it. Yeah. But that's when I developed my first psychic class.

Pam:

No way. It was after the animal Reiki

Kathy:

it was the animal Reiki energy told me, you have the confidence, you've been a active psychic all your life, off and on here. You know what I mean? And here it is, develop this. And that's when I developed that empowerment. And it was all about animal Reiki. It's just the vibration, the earth saying, Hey, this is your purpose. You're gonna do this now. And actually that build. Throughout time because then I decided, okay, I'll do the psychic class. I'll build this out. This is working. And then I started working on my Heart intelligence book And those empowerments And believing in myself. Yes. Those stepping stones. Yeah. Animal Reiki change my mind.

Pam:

I love that. I love that. Kathy, one of

Kathy:

my favorite classes, all time, animal Reiki math. When I teach it, I'm like all excited. I'm like, oh,

Pam:

honestly, the master class in animal Reiki is. Really special too. It's special to teach even it's just so beautiful and yeah I love it. And come to think of it, it's the animal Reiki class that helped me write my book that also invited me to run for politics. And I still don't know the purpose of that. I'm still waiting to hear the purpose of that. Maybe that's, maybe we'll find that out today. Confidence.

Kathy:

I don't know. It's random Reiki masters. I know this is going off, but it was connected to me for my psychic. It's that. It relaxed me. It gave me more confidence and connection with the earth that I ever dreamed of.

Pam:

Yes. And

Kathy:

then my psychic ability started shooting out more. Able to teach it, right? Yeah. That's a little difference of doing it and teaching it. And yeah. And so with that said, when people are taking classes and things like that, try to be as open as you can and just allow the energy to direct you. And it could, like you said, your life purpose, the energy directed me to, but it had nothing to do with animals.

Pam:

It goes very earth or maybe it does because yeah, interestingly, I recently, I went up into the 12th heaven and had a discussion about what is my life purpose. And I was leading a client through that. And I often will join my clients once, once we're in the experience. And so I joined that client and went to the 12th heaven as well, and had the conversation that I was guiding him to have and. It was very clear that the animals are my life purpose. And I said, okay, so I understand why I am working on the animal communication book then. And I guess I see that I've really gotta get that out into the world so that people can have a different type of relationship and understanding of the animals than what is currently prevalent in the world with, with people who haven't studied this or taken the class. But I was like, but why does healthcare Reiki feel so important? As Tracy and I worked to develop that course, and I heard very clearly because the human is an animal. And recently I was listening to Penelope Smith, and she's considered one of the grandmother of animal Communication. And she said something that I had never thought of, which was, I would hope the animal. That you're closest with is your own body. That's beautiful. I thought so. And I was like, oh my gosh. Yeah. Your own body is the animal that the body that houses your soul, just the animal's, body's house their souls. And certainly in animal Reiki classes, people have noticed that there's no difference in the look of the soul of an animal, soul, and a human soul. They all, they're all light, they all look the same. They are all one. And I know one woman who had miscarriages and just was unable to have children realize she had children with all of the dogs that, and cats that she and her husband had raised. And so yeah. So beautiful. Thank you, Kathy. You're welcome. Swinging back to the cache records. Tell us, what is the Akashic records, how do they work and what made you interested in them in the first place? Oh, you're gonna love this if I haven't told you

Kathy:

the story. Okay, so the Akashic records, when I went with Linda Howell and she's my teacher, and when I went there she was explaining what the IC records and when you read about it, you'll hear about Lords, ladies, libraries, all these things. Again, I am an energy person. I'm like, I understand that we have to have a medium that a thought to direct us. That's easier way for our brains and our hearts. Our brains could tell our hearts where to go deal. But I know there's not a library. It might be an energetic library, but what is it? It doesn't look like the library. We are knowing. The Lords and the ladies, what beings are they? I wanna know before I connect. And that's why I told her. So after 15 minutes, she goes, Kathy is the earth. The earth stores all the information. It is a living organism, just like our brain store things. The earth lives a little longer, right? As a physical being in each lifetime. And it stores all the information. And as we're on earth, we make energetic blueprints. So me talking to you, the earth knows about it. We're all earthlings. The trees are earthlings, the animals are earthlings, the bugs are earthlings. All plant life is earthlings. Anything living on the earth inside the earth is earthling, right? And so they all make blueprints. So the Akashic records could go back because as we know, as Reiki practitioner, time is illusion, right?

Pam:

Yeah. Yes.

Kathy:

Time is illusion. So the earth understands that it's very intelligent and it stores all the information of your past, your future, and your present. And so when you ask, so in caustic records, you the person that is not giving the reading is receiving the reading, has to come up with questions because this is what I love.'cause I'm an active psychic without the IC records like I was showing you, but what I like is when the intention's there, when somebody comes with me with a question that means their head thought about it, their heart thought about it, their body thought about it, their voice is saying it. So to me, that is for me, a gateway to bring that energy in going into the earth. And the earth will bring back in information. So how do I get the information? It's through your senses. There's no magic to it. I might hear something, I might see something, I might feel something, I might smell something, right? All these senses I am active in and I'll, I'm vulnerable enough to allow the information come through and then I'm there. Then I'm there, and then I just repeat it. Now, here's the trust that comes in. Some of the things that come through is makes no sense to you.'cause I'm not the other person on the other side.

Pam:

Yes. And

Kathy:

Pam:

communication too, Kathy. Yeah.

Kathy:

So it's and also, the reaction of the other person, right? It's okay, this is something, but I'm gonna just tell you about it, and I always get I understand what you're talking about. And I was like, you don't have to get into it, but this is what's going on. This is the answer to your question. So that's what I like about it, is that information that comes through because the person that Energy's giving, offering it, offering that that tube of information to go right into the earth. You know what I mean? And it just seems like it's so beautiful. I do put Reiki through it. I've learned that lesson, when I first started, after I took the class took the class, was all excited. Holy Fire actually told me to do this. And I actually did. I used to do, when I first started as Reiki practitioner, I had a center. I went backwards. I had a center, then I became a, I was Reiki practitioner, moved, had a center, had to develop it. And so I would give out 20 minute Reiki sessions, just a little mini sessions. And so I thought, and I did really well with that. Always had great energy. I thought I'd do the IC records like that. I did five or seven in a row, went out with my husband right after that to the movie theater. It's the first time I ever fainted. Boom. On the ground. He was like, what's going on? And I real, and I realized then I'm going to add Reiki, even though I add Reiki to everything, like prominently add Reiki to it because it gave me the energy, as a young reader being an active reader with other people, not myself. And it's been a while, and that energy just pulled me through. So I learned, like we all do, right? Try not to repeat that. And I started adding, doing a little prayer of Reiki. Yeah. Giving myself, and I'll even put my hand to my heart to open it up a little more. You'll see me do that. But I'm giving myself Reiki, so when I'm doing the prayer or whatever's going on, I'm talking and it gives me a better channel. But then also Reiki supporting me through this,

Pam:

right? So

Kathy:

I've learned through that lesson was eight years ago, and I learned that Reiki will support me, so I'm going to add it in everything I do,

Pam:

right? I used to do the same thing. I used to keep animal communication and Reiki separate because for a while when I started, there were some people that were open to animal communication that weren't open to Reiki Right. And vice versa. And but it would. It would drain my energy completely, especially if I did several in a row and I would even get migraines sometimes. And so it was nice when I wasn't too far in before I finally said, you know what? I need to put these two together. And that made the difference when I used both. And in fact even there are people that book just animal communication sessions, but I let them know there will be Reiki and Animal Reiki here and I blend all three. And people say is it more money? And it's no, it's the same amount of time so we can use all of it to together.

Kathy:

So that's why I tell them that too. They always come in, they always feel so good with you, da, and I don't have to have a Reiki session. I'm like I add Reiki to support me so I'm not get, you might get the Reiki right, but I need it as a practitioner to support me. It's a technique that I, and a skill that I have. And I'm gonna use it. So if they're oh, I don't want Reiki, it's that's all right. You don't have to take any, it's for me.

Pam:

But that leads to why I, as a psychic myself. Yep. I'm very aware of this information and not necessarily for myself though, or I don't think I have enough objectivity. I can tap into some things. Okay. But I don't get as much information for myself as I do for others as a rule and easier for others. It's easier for others to to have a look. A look, but I don't, I'm very particular who I work with, and I'll tell you why. One of the things that we work on in animal communication is cleaning the filter because the psychic. Or the animal communicator is always going to interpret things through their lens. And if they haven't done their work, if they're coming from a lower vibration, if they haven't worked to clear that lens to clean out, to work on their own traumas, to work on their own energy they're going to, they're going to be coming to you from a dirty lens, and it's not going to be as accurate, and it's not going to be in the same vibration as you want to receive it. And I want to receive a higher vibration. And I just know that by working with you, I get that not only the accuracy, but the higher vibration. So that's what I look for.

Kathy:

Yeah. That's what I look for a reader. You know what I mean? It's and I, Reiki just adds everything to it. It adds everything. It just, it's like salt, just put a little bit on it all the time,

Pam:

and it sounds like Reiki brought you to the cash, so here we go. Yeah,

Kathy:

I, yeah, so 2013, I no, I'm sorry. 2015 when Holy Fire started getting out, I moved to from Seattle to Wisconsin. I'm actually from the East Coast. And I moved and I was right by Michigan and here's this guy named William Lee Rand doing this holy fire stuff. And I was at Tibetan Reiki master and I'm thinking, okay, I'll sit with this. And I sat with it for about a half a year and decided I'm gonna do this. I'm living right by this guy. Why not? So I went to the experience, William, which was a lovely experience. So what I did was, did his first class, that was holy fire, Reiki one and two. Then he gave a three day break, and then he did masters. Okay? And so I did that. And when I went through that when I went into masterclass, he said, he talked about Jesus, he talked about holy fire energy and things like that. And we had our first, i'm not sure it was an ignition or a placement or something at that point in time. SA little different. And so I go in and I do my little prayer and I go lay down and all of a sudden I feel Jesus. And I am not a religious lady and I think Jesus is cool and he's the greatest healer in the world to me. And he came through and I was like crying. I knew when I cry, it's not a bad thing or a good thing, it's a polarity thing. So when I go into and open my heart up, I might start crying. And especially if I'm a student, I'm all about it. It's like I'm paying money, I'm gonna get everything I could get, right? So I'm sitting there and I'm just crying and I feel this pressure on the back of my back and it was really warm. And Jesus comes through, I'm like, wow, do I have a conversation for you? And he go and he just I just quiet up. My head quieted up really fast. I felt the mother Earth come through and I'm like, oh no, you can't come through because Williamson in the beginning would just be Jesus, and which I was surprised at that both of the energies came through. And the first words I heard from Jesus, now you're gonna learn their IC records. Wow. I'm like, no, I'm not. I'm sorry. I'm going to be a Holy fire Reiki master. And he is you're going to learn their IC records. And the Earth came up and I started feeling this energy come through me. So it was like a vibration kind of deal. And it was a familiarity that I never met Jesus before, but it was a familiarity and it was a very, I was very calm. And that's when I know something's coming through. Because I have a little bit of a panic disorder that I've been healing over the years. So I'm always, that's why I was like, Pam, you're so calm. I love your voice. That's a huge compliment to me.'cause my soul recognizes it and calms. It doesn't clench up. So just to let you know that. And so I felt very calm and I was like, I still said no, which, nothing happened. That was fine. I got, my class was great all summer. It was in, in the spring, all summer. It was great. And I keep on hearing every time Jesus came and just gave me a little bit of love, you're gonna do the Akashic records? I'm like, what is going on? And I didn't realize it that my, my psychic center needed a huge dusting off and for me to be with the Brothers Sisters of Light and learn from them, that needed to be unused off. But I didn't realize that then. I thought it was to get clients, which it did help me get clients to do Reiki classes. So it took me, October's, my bir, October 29th is my birthday, which is coming out soon. Oh wow. And a friend came over and said, Hey, I just went to Chicago to learn the Akasha records. I never told anybody about this. I was I was weirded out, like you go to Reiki, you learn psychic, it was a little weird for me to process, so I didn't say nothing. Finally, she came back, she goes, I wanna do a record reading for you. You need to do this. I heard in class you need to come to class. I was like, that's in Chicago. I don't like a lot of people. I'm very, hyper and I know don't have the money for it either. She's okay. And I said, I'm only off Mondays and Tuesdays. Those doesn't work that way. I've never asked my husband to go leave somewhere'cause I've always had anxiety. I never wanted to go by myself anywhere. What a healing experience Holy Fire gave me with this one. So she comes and does a thing and then I finally tell her, I've been told to do this, and she's you gotta do it. Three days later she comes back and she says, Kathy, Linda is having, and two weeks a very special class. With all her teachers, with her new students though she'll be teaching so it's an extra day. I said, oh, okay. It's, and she goes, guess what day is on? I said, what? Monday and Tuesday and I will drive you to Chicago. I was like I don't know if I have the money. So I look. I said I'll ask my husband. See if every, because we have kids, he can't just leave. That's what I said. Yeah. I asked my husband over dinner. He goes, oh, go. That sounds great for you. Okay. Then I looked at the money and I did error'cause I'm dyslexic. I did an error in my, my, my bank account at that point in time, and guess what? I had exact amount of money extra. To go to it. So after all that I was like, okay, I'm going. You know what I mean? And it changed my life and that's how it was. And it just goes right into your, what you're talking about, your destiny. It's like holy fire or RA Reiki helps you with that if you listen, okay. It took me about five months to listen and I gave myself that grace because I am, me and I might not jump right into something, but, and sometimes I do. But I listened and it has improved my life. It proved my psychic center to work and start trusting it again a little bit more, right? A little bit,'cause it need a little dusting off. In my thirties and forties I haven't used it as much and it started helping me with my empathic abilities. My mind and my heart started working together. You know that beautiful symbol that we use in Reiki one, two class, yeah. And so I started, instead of them being like a redhead, a stepchild, one of them or the other one, they were going together. You know what I mean? And to me, I'm always heart-centered more than mind centered. So it was my, so for me it was a little opposite. My redhead stepchild was my mind. My heart led me everywhere, and that's what taught me throughout time, who had to read to do different things, have it look coupled, different disabilities. And so my heart, Dr. Muscle was strong, my heart center to gimme that information. And I just need, I, but I need, I'm a complete thing, right? So I'm a complete, so I need that psychic center to work. And so then I start learning all the Claires and all the terms people use, to learn and to develop. And so that's what Akashic Records did for me. And so when I gave my first reading. My whole thing was I did not wanna do psychic things'cause it's not healing. That was my first thought. No,'cause people wanna know love money and this. All the time. Let's get deep deeper. And I just, that's what's taught me that thought process. And so that showed me quickly how it can heal so deeply. So I had a lady and she came in for a cautious record session and she asked me, she's I'm ready to move outta my house. I'll never forget this. And I was like, really? And she goes, yes. And I'm an old lady and this is paid for and I'm ready to move out because of the sound. I said, what sound? And she goes, it is a dog, Howie. I was like, wow, okay. And she's yeah, it's a dog howling. And I've been here for 45 years, something like really long. And this lady next door has been there almost the same amount of time. But now she got a new dog the last couple years. And when this dog makes this howling sound, my whole body breaks down. I get mad, I get frustrated, I get, there's something going on. I'm crying, I'm having a bad day, I have to leave the house. She goes, it's getting so bad that I have, I'm going to move if this doesn't work. I'm like, whoa, talk about pressure for Kathy, right?

Pam:

So I

Kathy:

was like, okay. And so I was like, okay. So I started reading the records and I opened up the book, open up the records, and I started going into it. And all of a sudden I start smelling a jungle. And I don't usually have an auditory smelling thing going on, but this time it did. And I started seeing a jungle and all this different things, a lot of plant life. And I started telling her that. And then all of a sudden she was like, okay, whatever. She'll go with anything. And she didn't really feel. A feeling toward it yet, okay?

Pam:

So

Kathy:

then I decided this I, so I seen her and then she was actually human and she was by herself lonely, right? She had a animal friend that was a dog, right? So there's no other humans what I can see, and the animal population wasn't really a lot, right? But this canine was there and it's definitely was like a wild, this is a wild situation. No, there's no homes and things like that. She lived and I don't know why.'cause she didn't ask that part. And all of a sudden she developed a very deep connection with this dog.'cause another being, they, they ate dinner together. They had Aho home kind of deal companion. And all of a sudden when she was about, if I remember right, 10 or 11 or 12 or something, the animal passed and she decided then she was never going to love. Another dog again, because it hurt. It's not like she had somebody else to talk to or anything like that. So it was like that kind of scene. I was like, whoa. So she went through that and the dog started. Then it flipped and I see a flash, like actual, like a flash, and then it flipped again and it went back a little bit and it started saying that this dog made a certain how for them to talk, right? If something was going on or whatever kind of deal, but it was communication or come home or whatever kind of deal when they were separated. That was the same how that she's listening to now and it destroyed her. Okay.

Pam:

So her back to her unresolved grief,

Kathy:

right? Yeah. So honestly she was like, I don't know. I don't feel that. I said, okay. And I said, can you ask what? You can heal from this? And she says, yes, how can I heal? So I started telling her, I said, when the dog starts barking or howling or whatever comes out, it doesn't have to make sense. Cry. If you wanna cry, if you wanna get mad, yell. If you want to yell, you're holding it all in. So I told her, she calls me up two and a half weeks later, Pam, and she, this is my first psychic reading. Don't know somebody, right? She says, you won't believe it. I said, what? And she's I'm having another session with you. She goes, it worked. She goes, first time with a dog, after you, you're talking, that's fine. She says, next day I started doing it and I got mad, held it in, didn't work out. And then I caught myself like, why am I doing this? I just spent money for this lady to tell me to let it out, so I'm gonna let it out. So the next time she said, and waited two days, the next time it was bawling in her, she said it happened again and she let it all out. And she said, then it started repeating itself a little bit every other day or something like that. And after a while she just caught herself. The dog was howling and she had no response to it because of her grief. And so that showed me right then the IC records has massive healing, especially if you ask, how can I heal from this? Yeah. Gotta ask that question. Or How can I resolve this? Or how can I, kind of deal. And those answers can be, the earth can tell you.'Cause it knows what's going on. And it also taught me never stay in this lifetime, something you'll never do again.

Pam:

Yes.

Kathy:

You know how many women like get divorces or men and say, I'm never getting married again. And then they come back and they're like, I don't know why I'm having all this trivial time with these people and blah blah blah. Never could get anybody connected. I'm like, oh, okay.

Pam:

When you say I'll never,

Kathy:

yeah. Just say I will get married. I will find love, I will love myself. I will accept connection. Different things like that. I am safe. So it's and we do this to ourselves and it's okay, give us that space. But now we have tools and techniques to help heal that. And cautious records like Reiki to a point that it can help through that healing and distress of what's going on. Yeah. So that's my little healing story. That was my first

Pam:

Amazing. Yeah.

Kathy:

Yeah. And it's been just beautiful throughout the whole time. It's been beautiful how it's helping people, how people can grow with their own trust within them.'cause guaranteed, I'm gonna say, come on, let's trust yourself a little bit more.'cause we always have space to trust ourself even more.

Pam:

That's right. I do. I do. You just, you brought up so many beautiful things because Reiki will take you where you need to go. And what I love about Reiki is that it does blend with every other modality. If you ever, I always tell people, if you ever have somebody say, oh, Reiki doesn't work with this modality, either they're wrong, or that modality is not a high enough vibration, skip it

Kathy:

because, or they have to learn through it. Do you know what I mean? They have to learn, be open for Reiki to help them,

Pam:

for Reiki to help them, because Reiki works with everything. Kathy, can we give people a little demonstration of Akashic record reading? Yeah. I love that Kathy's agreed to do a reading for me. Just so you guys can get a taste or a sense of what this can do. And one of the things that's been coming up for me a lot lately, Kathy. Is that around the trust and around the confidence is that we can always connect with our future self or our higher self and ask questions. And I know that when I do this, it gives me a tremendous amount of peace. And in a way I think that's what we're doing with Yeah,

Kathy:

it's, yes, very much very much so Pam, so I'm gonna do a, like a typical, like what I learned, I can sit there and answer a question and let a flyback, but I'm gonna do a caic record reading. And so what I usually say, it's anything from your lifetimes on earth. So one of the mis big misconceptions is that they want Aunt Sally that died to come through. No, that's my biggest mis misconception. I'm like, it's not that I can't do that, it's something that I do not want to do. And caustic records are not about that. It's not that, but that is not a different kind of psychic mediumship, so that's the biggest mis misconception to me about the caustic records. It's that people think that I could go to that line of people before they cross, and it's just something I do not intend to do. You know what I mean? So that's my big misconception. But people can do it. Do you know what I mean? But the Kach records, can

Pam:

anyone do it, Kathy, or is it something you know can, and can people do it for themselves? Or is it important to have somebody who's been trained in it?

Kathy:

You mean for Akashic Records or mediumship? Like for

Pam:

Foric records? Yeah.

Kathy:

You know what Linda said? You could get her book. You could get her download, and. You could do it. Anybody could do it. If you notice in a Reiki one and two book, I think it's our or master book, it will talk about the Ashe records a little bit. You could access to'em, you could put the distance symbol out there to empower you to connect to the, connect to the library. So it's all about your intention. You know about how your, what medium you're working through the IC records is something that is, is here. It's the earth. I never thought

Pam:

of it as the earth because when I've accessed it before, it's a library. But I think it's also because I love libraries.

Kathy:

But libraries, what they say when I was first talking, the library is something for you to think about. You know what I mean? Picture, so that you wanna picture the library instead of the earth, but you're actually, the earth

Pam:

is the library and is

Kathy:

the library. It's all those blueprints, the energetic blueprints coming in and she's storing them.

Pam:

That makes so much sense. And but I love books. Like I Love What, right now you've got a whole bunch of books behind you on for anybody who's watching on YouTube. And I like, that's one of my favorite places as a child. I read all the book books in the children's section of our library in our town by grade three. And I just love books. So yeah, I love like pulling out a book and looking through it and reading things.

Kathy:

So your imagination could be like, gimme a moment after I read this. I'm gonna read a little a prayer for her. And I'm in your mind, you're sitting down in the library, open up the book, and then you're, you'll get comfortable. Fill that and then ask them to ask your question and then just job, see what happens.

Pam:

And so is it is. And so you can just get the book, get the, and you're going to do an empowerment for us. Yeah, we're going to share an empowerment. So I actually have that book.

Kathy:

There we go. And if you go, and you know what she, what I loved about her is that she's I don't want you to memorize this prayer. She goes, because then you'll think about the prayer. I want that just to be a channel for you to relax and to connect. And that's what that prayer is about.

Pam:

I've ever read of her is just, I've been so very impressed.

Kathy:

I remember after I did her class, she gave me somebody that of because I was very young into the world of metaphysics. She gave me a friend that was in Chicago that did crystals. And she came up to my place and did a crystal class. She wrote me a little letter. After Christmas and just tell me that it was a delight to have me in class and that was in November. I thought that was a handwritten note. It was beautiful. Beautiful lady. Highly written.

Pam:

Pam:

Yeah. Perfect. So I'm just wondering Kathy, I'm working on a number of creative projects right now, the animal communication book. I'm working on a card deck with my horses around a different style of leadership, like taking people forward in leadership. I will be working on a book about horses and spirituality after the animal communication book. I'm just wondering and I've also got novels that I want to get out into the world. In fact, one novel came through very strongly just recently, just this week. And, i'm just wondering where this is all leading and if there's any kind of a timeline.

Kathy:

Okay. So I gotta tell you, so when I opened up, I seen a very bright yellow flower. I let it just be bright yellow flower.'cause it could mean a lot of different things for me because when pictures and things come through, the practitioner, it's lighting me up of what does this flower mean to you, Kathy?'cause that's, you are going to be telling Pam about it. Alright. So you gotta understand that once in a while the records will say, Pam knows what this yellow flower means.

Pam:

Just,

Kathy:

and I'll be like, okay. But most of the time, for me personally, it's the Ignite Me for able to communicate to you. All right? So when you're going on with the projects and stuff like that. So the yellow flower is for you to, they keep on saying, so maybe that's why we're talking adult. I always do talk about empowerment, but how you're gonna connect people to all these resources that you're going to be doing is empowering them.

Pam:

Okay.

Kathy:

So I want you to reach out. Okay. Reach out. You could do podcast like you're doing podcasts of empowerments things like that because they're gonna, people are gonna connect with you a lot deeper. This is self-help that Pam's giving me. Do you know what I mean? Like self-help. So your books and things like that.'cause they're all like self, right? They're trying to help people to do it. So you're gonna have to really focus on that strength. So that's where the yellow flower came in, that strength to connect with people, to offer them what they can do. And then you bring your book out.

Pam:

Okay? Yeah.

Kathy:

Okay. So it's really important, what they're telling me is to show people your strength. Show people how you can empower them, in certain aspects.

Pam:

Yeah. And that's the whole point of all of it is to empower them. Yeah.

Kathy:

Yeah.

Pam:

It's to stay focused on that. So

Kathy:

think of different things like they show me a clip like I work on Facebook a lot, right? So they showed me, you go into a Facebook group, give them something that you've done. To empower them or say something, or a technique to empower them. Then they're gonna come to your podcast and give them your, and be very simple. Just say, here's a great technique, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Some of the Reiki groups or non Reiki groups, kind of deal. Here's something to empower you, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And make it very simple. And then say, come to my podcast. For this, bring people, kind of deal. I think that's really going to I think one of the reasons why they gave you a podcast or, you working so hard, is to get that community and that group. And so now it's to, to say, Hey, remember me. I got this going on

Pam:

and this is why it's important. That's why it's important. It sounds, it's interesting, Kathy, because it sounds like you're talking about marketing and after politics, and this is probably my second question. It was what was the point of, because running politically is the hardest thing I've ever done in my life. It was really hard to put yourself out there to that degree to receive criticism and really in, in a less gentle, having been used to Reiki communities, to be used to the world and all the bots that they set on you to be very disparaging and difficult. And yet, it was I learned a lot. But it did, it took me away from my business and what I love doing the Reiki. And I met some incredible people. I still really believe in the green party and I will continue working for them, but my. Ever since that ended, what has been showing up is marketing. I'm helping the green party to market. I'm helping the ICRT licensed teacher program to communicate that program so that people can understand how amazing it is. I've been told to really revamp my own marketing. I've been told to put together a marketing course to help people market themselves, and that is my background with my MBA. But I'm huh, I wonder where this marketing is. And

Kathy:

it's pretty heavy.'cause that's the first thing they told me on my paper. You know what I mean? It's yeah. So there's more in depth that's gonna happen with you. Okay. With marketing.

Pam:

With

Kathy:

marketing. So you're on the right page. You're even going to, I got shivers when you said you were gonna have a marketing like workshop or something like that.

Pam:

Yes. For other Reiki practitioners. I

Kathy:

would totally sign up for that. Oh, okay. That's like the number one thing for all metaphysical people. Is marketing. Like they wish they had somebody to market them.

Pam:

Yeah.

Kathy:

So I'm just letting you know that, it's gonna come in a little bit deeper and a little maybe fast. Probably around Oh wow. Middle of December.

Pam:

Okay. I have said I would try to pull something together with my daughter in January. My daughter's just finishing her MBA and we did teach a course on marketing a three evening over three evenings. And it was very popular. It sold out, I think. And people have really gained a lot from it. But yeah, I am getting a message like, take it deeper, help people more. And so maybe this is another book because from the Reiki business book, so many people have said they've been able to set up their businesses and so on. But the one thing, they came back and said, you know what? I still think I need even more help with marketing. And that's why Kathleen and I developed a course a few years ago. During the political, I couldn't do it. But, you know something, I learned a lot about marketing during the political campaign. Yeah. And I've shifted the way I'm doing things now. And

Kathy:

I know I got a hit also, it was all about marketing, but there was another sly, underneath is that when you went through that you made impressions on people. Saying, for example, I'm not sure if this happened, but this is like an example.

Pam:

Yeah.

Kathy:

Somebody hits you with a nasty thing, right? Oh, Pam, blah, blah, blah, blah, whatever. And how you responded

Pam:

and we've always respond and how your energy

Kathy:

responded. Yeah. That is very different from most political people. I could say, oh, it's okay, blah, blah, blah. But you energy responded. So that even brings more into it. And people seen that, Pam. And so there's people that you made a big imprint and impact on of being yourself as a person. And for Reiki. Because Reiki slayed in told me about this part. It's very important. You know what I mean? Maybe you didn't get recognition on it, but you did. People really, you made a big impact on them. Okay. Your energy. It might be your words too, but I'm just saying you might not have looked at the energy part that it really went, like comes back oh, Pam, I really like your voice. You really settled me. Something like that, and it's it, your voice did it. It's just the energy of your voice. It made an impact on me. So your energy of your talking or being by somebody or going to do something, when you were really, that's watching you doing really busy stuff and being part of the community kind of thing. It did make an impact much more than I won't cry, because it's like, it was very impactful. More than you probably even think it was. Or for living people? Am I one to the animals and the nature and all that stuff too? But I'm just saying it really did. Some of the people that you impacted really changed their views about some things and how they live their life.

Pam:

Oh okay. Then I guess just by

Kathy:

you. That's what I'm saying. It's just by you being around and doing. I'm serious, even if it was one person, but I got a feeling it's quite a few more than one. You know what I mean? So it's like that was very important and that was very important for your being to understand it in a very many different levels. You understand? It's not being like, we put ourselves down so much. We're so hard on ourselves. We so much think is this, blah, blah, blah, blah. But that's what the energy earth wants me to tell you. That you are making a huge impact. You even with that political stuff, you went into an avenue. Most spiritualists would not go.

Pam:

Yes.

Kathy:

And guess what? They need it too. And that's what you did. It's like you're on, you are in the right, on the war. In the trench. You know what I mean? And it was trying to, probably felt like that, and you're just trying to make yourself help yourself to be brighter and brighter. You know what I mean? For, to support you and whatever's around you. And that's what happened. So that was very important. So yeah, you learn the marketing a little bit more depth, you learn people a little bit more in depth, deal. But that was the most, that was the underlying, most important part, is that your essence, because you work on yourself so much, your presence affected things.

Pam:

Wow. Okay. That's okay. Yeah. That's huge. That's huge. That's really good to know.

Kathy:

And that's the energy is bringing up and telling me. And Reiki said, you need to tell her this. This is something that she probably, maybe'cause it was just behind everything, but it was the most prominent thing.

Pam:

Amazing. Okay.

Kathy:

Sure. deeper and deeper. You could watch this as many times as you guys want to. And I've been working with this for about, ooh, about four years or three, four years. And people will watch it over and they're like, I get deeper and deeper with myself. And so a lot of good things have happened. That's why I'm offering it to you, and so the energy's there to provide you a clear more so you trust yourself wherever you are at your psychic abilities, and because you have them

just clearing you out, right? It's gonna clear you out a little bit and open you up so you start trusting yourself. Not every time I do a reading and I'm like, oh my goodness, I do not understand this. And I say it and they're like, you're right on the money, Kathy.

Pam:

Yeah.

Kathy:

There's that trust of me just saying, I'm just gonna say it. Hopefully I don't look like a jerk weirdo, I'm gonna say it. And every single time over the years, I get response. Thank you. Because I had to put myself out there as a reader too, as I get the information to put it out there, right? And so that's my responsibility kind of deal. So yeah, so this empowerment to help cultivate more trust within you, and hopefully your body will soften up and relax and be able to do that.

Hmm. Empowerment one activation. I invite you to relax and take a couple few deep belly breaths in through your nose and out your mouth. Allow the muscles in your face and jaw to relax. All the way down your neck and shoulders relax your whole body all the way down to your toes. You can clench your toes and release them as well as your hands. Imagine all the tension in your body leaning like a descending stream of fall. This gray miss flowing down into the earth. Breathe deeply. Heki, exhale deeply and follow my voice. I'd like you to imagine that you are in a beautiful castle made of crystal and stone, surrounded by an ancient forest. You're sitting in an atrium filled with songbirds next to a very special library, beautiful beams of light streams in through the windows that are open. The pur. Birds come and go as they please through the window, and it feels so perfect, even blissful. It's welcoming and it's very familiar. In a strange way, though you just can't put your finger on it. A beautiful being of light appears in front of you. Their vibration resembles an angelic being and they want to take you to find something important. Who is this? This is the spirit of the castle, and you are the castle. This castle has a basement where many things are stored. You might not remember putting anything here, but you'll find that there are things you might need in the future and things that are incomplete that need change, they need your help. Things you're still working on, but got lost in the midst. Could it be that the way you were conditioned to believe about life and about yourself, you sign meaning to these things. There are all beautiful boxes in front of you to rediscover, but now you hear a voice coming somewhere deep in the basement, some. Thing in one of these boxes holds incomplete energy and it needs you to find it to set it free. It is kept there by judgment. This box holds you and wants you to still work on it, and your judgment is preventing you for your worthiness, your trust in the universe, self-forgiveness, or anything else that you hold intimately. Familiar with this box is hidden in the dark. Why? Why was it hidden? Maybe you don't want to listen to what the box says. You may have some resistance, but it's okay. Keep looking. You'll find the box. Keep looking. You found it. What does it look like? What kind of box is this? It seems like the voice is trapped in the box, but it's like part of you that is the voice and there's no key. You can't force it open. How will you do this? You have a dilemma. You hear the angel whisper. What if, what if love was the key? What if love was a way to set it free? What if compassion was the ab or cadabra to open it? What if all your judgment is all of it? It could be surrendered and surrounded by compassion right here, your angel peers more profoundly with a glaze of light, showing you how much beauty has been hiding in the shadows surrounding the box with love, your love, your acceptance, and the symptoms, and watch us all. If. Lings open, and hundreds of butterflies magical birds fly out of it. So amazing. So amazing. And inside is a golden compass with your name on. Get up in gratitude, let you sit on your heart and say thank you, and with a smile knowing all parts of you. Are meaningful, lovable at all experiences of a sacred journey markers the map of your unique destiny. Trust this, trust this.
