On this week's podcast, I'm talking with Licensed Reiki Master Teacher with the ICRT Kathy Malinowski. Kathy's also trained in Eastern Reiki. She's an Akashic records reader. She's a crystal grids teacher, and that's what we're talking with her about today and also a holographic sound teacher. Welcome Kathy. Thank you. Thank you Pam. Very much. I appreciate. I'm so glad that you're here. So before we begin, though, I just like to let people know that in December here at the farm, I have a licensed level one and two Usui/Holy fire three Reiki. It also have an ICRT Animal Reiki training at the level one and two and master level. And it's also the last time we'll be teaching animal communication until this summer. So it might be interesting if you're interested in that. And we're teaching that a Thursday and Friday plan to join us. And then in January we have a full lineup of our licensed ICRT licensed classes. Again, Kathy, what do you have going on? Oh, my goodness gracious. So I do have a list of ICRT classes going on and December and January, and you could go on my website to get the dates. And I also am forming a psychic that is going to be alive online, like we do online, and it's a stepping stone to work with your intuition and, all the other senses that you have. And I inspire that. I give a little empowerment with it and we get to play with cards and I mail you a deck of cards when you register for class. So that's coming up soon and I'm going to be Offering that in probably in December. And so I'm just got the class together. I'm going to set the date and put it out there and for everybody to have enjoy it and then I have my crystal grids class. Yeah. So I'm pretty excited about that. Thank you. You're welcome. Welcome. Cathy will center us to help us hear and listen. I find that I like to listen with my shocker as I think we can. So much more from a talk. And I think that the topic that you're talking about is something that has, I don't know a lot about, but it has fascinated me. I did go do a little bit of sacred geometry work with my dousing teacher. Years ago, and we've tried to incorporate some aspects of sacred geometry onto our property. Just building a a beautiful labyrinth here and just even the sacred geometry of our riding arena, which is the dome shape. But Cathy you've really taken things a lot farther. What got you interested in sacred geometry and how does it blend with Reiki? Oh boy. So we got to start back. When, I didn't know the tags of sacred geometry, what it was when I was a little girl, I see energy and I see energy patterns. And. That's what I relied on with my census. And so with our census, how we process things and we bring things in is that we smell, taste knowing, hearing all these senses that we have. And I would sense the patterns. So sometimes I would see them sometimes I would hear them or feel them. I never smelled them. I'm not that good. I'm not that talented to smell things, but some people do. And I would start seeing these shifts of energy and how life was communicating with this energies and the patterns. And so I started seeing right away of it, this harmony, sometimes of the pattern. And so when, so what I mean by that is that if we would go by, we'd go see talk to animals, communicating with animals or people or whatever. And we notice things we notice how people stand, and how they respond. And but I would sense the energetic patterns. So what would happen in disharmony with people? Is that if I was thinking of something, you asked me a question, I was thinking of something, but I said something. That would bring it this harmony to my own pattern of my own symphony of my being. So I know something was going on different if an animal was in pain, but they were trying to look calm and, stay still. And whatever, I knew that there was some disharmony in that. And so I wouldn't go to that animal and try to. Okay. So it was working with me. I was noticing different things was going on, but I didn't really understand what the names were or, the sacred geometry was really going on what I was seeing. And so until. And but then when I seen somebody in harmony, like they were in a good place. Okay. Let's talk about a human. They were in a good place. They all the feeling good they're expressing themselves as they was, I would start seeing energetic patterns that was producing from their own energetic matrix. Okay. So that gets a lot of tags and a lot of names of it. But I didn't understand that. All I knew is that. When somebody looked like this and their flow was going in an energetic way, I would, I know what could be a result of it. Like they were being nice to me or kind to me, or they're able to talk to, them. Okay. Without feeling any kind of, negativity. All right. And so I would go through life and then. I start getting educated. I, sir, I told geometry the class, a geometry sixth grade we all have to take. And I started saying, oh my goodness, the angles that they're talking about and what they're and what they're talking, what they're discussing and educating us with is geometry. This is what I see these patterns and these patterns. Our life, our shock rows when our shock rows are made of sacred geometry. And when our shock RAAs are lined and feeling good and giving what it needs to get, we feel good. We, produce that. We feel this. And so there's certain lines just as a crystal grid points in a line that make these sacred patterns give a lot of energy. A lot of energy. So it supports. So when there's disharmony, we don't get supported by our own energetic field as, we would, as we are in harmony. All right. And in harmony, what I mean is our physical or mental or emotional or sexual, all these layers around us are in harmony. Are we perfect? No, but we're in harmony. You know what I mean? Some people say, I feel aligned to that I'm aligned. That would be harmony to me, and so I would go on with life. Doing what I need to do to get by everybody else. And I started getting a little bit more educated as time goes by, but until Reiki until my forties, I wasn't able to communicate this. I wasn't able to have people to understand what these actual, sacred geometry shapes and their pinpoints of the shapes that make the lines and the curves and everything, why they're so important. And so I started after I learned Reiki, I started teaching Reiki and in our program, Pam, we do in a master program, we teach crystal green. All right. And it's the program itself is pretty intense. It's three days at the minimum and it's intensive. So we can't put hours upon hours on crystal grids and why they work and what is sacred geometry. And we give a pattern and we teach how to weave a pattern to ignite the crystal grid and to help empower. Our thoughts are into intentions, but these points on that, it actually, the ones that we teach are very, intense and it's, part of Metatronix cube and it's very. It would take hours to sit there and say this point means this. So really all you need to do is activate it, put some trust into it, put your heart center into it and put your intention in it. And it ignites and manifests. And people ask me through the night they go, how do you manifest Kathy? How do you do this? How do you do that? And I'm like, I have crystal grids. 20 of them were more in my surroundings of my place. And each one has a different intention. And then I have a master grid that feeds off gives that energy to each grid and these crystals on a certain point, making that sacred geometry ignites and gives it more power of that intention. All right. And they're like I want to know more deep than that. That sounds like a lot of information. I'm thinking. Wow. Okay, what can I do? And so I sat with Reiki for a very long time. It kept on pushing me to produce this class. And first I said, Pam, I was like, I'm not doing this. I'm not doing this online. I don't even know how to make programs. Images, graphics, all this stuff. I don't even have a program. A week later a friend says I got this program. If you learn it, you could use it. I was like, you're not kidding me. And it was a top of a line program and I was like, oh my goodness. Reiki is really nudging me. And that's how Reiki and my connection is. It's like the nudges. And it guiding you. So I started playing with the program and then I was like, oh, I can't make speaker geometry shapes and produce them. And illustration. My eldest son come through and he's Hey mom, I'm doing graphic design and computer work. Now. I'm like, you are, can I hire you? So it was the first time he, my elder son, he's 32 and to work with each other. So that was, that inspired me. That's when it, I ignited, I said, I'm going to make this program. I'm going to make this program. So people are able to read and understand what it is. Also, if they can't read and understand it video, I do short clips of videos. So I explain it to the people and I also just made a written book of it. So it's kinda cause people are like, I love the class, but you can't copy and paste information. I'm like I guess I'm going to write you a book. And so now I wrote a book about it. So people were able to work with the book. I get along with the book. So it's it's just Reiki helped me. Reiki helped guide me, even though I was resistant to it. It really helped me and this the trust. So trust of our relationship with Reiki and it bridges us to our higher selves. So it's really having a conversation with you that your divine nature is like escorting you through process of life saying, Hey, try this direction, try this thought process, perceive this like this it's really enhanced my teaching and learning and how to communicate. And so in the beginning of my life, The energy taught me how to communicate our energy everybody's energy taught me how to communicate. And, I would see these visibility stations of energy coming in and coming out sometimes very clear people like what does that look like to you calf? And it's sometimes. Like a see-through transparent energy and it will start moving and it will start making a line or a format. And then if I look a little bit more stronger my census will start opening up and I'll start hearing like singing bowls and I'll start, seeing certain things in certain ways, how it's moving. And it actually will form into a shape not everything's storm retrick and beautiful and 90 degrees and everything like that, because I learned through process that the emotions and our physical being if we have a headache, it's not going to make a crystal clear formation because we're in disharmony a little bit. So it's kinda like your body is one big symphony and how works is how. That's your matrix that's everything's included to your being. Does that make sense to ya? It does a little bit, tell me a bit more about this matrix that we all have, because it, sounds to me that basically as a child, you were observing the shapes and, whatnot of the energy and the matrix. Is that correct? And it sounded like every time somebody wasn't authentic. It created a ripple in their matrix. Did I understand, it does create, a ripple in their matrix and your matrix is just think of it like a symphony and a symphony. You have all different kinds of instruments. So our symphony is our physical being our mental, being our emotional being all these beings. With our, with right. Our chocolates. And we actually do make a sound it's like singing bowls inside of us our inner sound work. And so we actually have this beautiful symphony and if something's not going just perfect, it makes an, imbalance in our flow. And so our matrix. Our whole being making the ORC field making these, making all these, whatever you send. So how you perceive it some people see orcs or us, some peoples smell them. Some people sense them. They just feel them. You know what I mean? So it's all different ways to how you perceive this, but your matrix is actually that big symphony and from that big symphony of energy, That creates you actually sacred drama tree actually empowers that. So if you look in your shock Rez, and if you look at the picture of a shock rhe, it's sacred geometry, though, all the pinpoints of every connection of every everything in that Shakara is sacred geometry, because that's how sacred geometry is just a pattern and a design that empowered. Energetic connection. Okay. So all those pinpoints that you see that you would put a stone on for a crystal grid is actually that stone is at that pinpoint and it is really empowering that connection. And it's an organic connection. So it's a connection from energetic energy with the earth because we're on earth and those patterns are. So tell us a little bit more about sacred geometry and like what how it does interact with our matrix, with our bodies, with our shakras Kathy. So the energy actually makes the. Oh, the sacred geometry. Okay. So it's you making those energetic patterns your, shock Rez is not like a carved out stone inside you and it's energy patterns, right? It's all these energy, all these energies. It's like a big generator with energy and it has a certain pattern at flow. How it corresponds with life and those energetic patterns, sacred geometry, when it makes like it. Pyramid. So a pyramid is a sacred geometry and it is very stable. So if you look at pyramids in a physical realm and temples, all different kinds of temples, they are a pattern of sacred geometry. People knew how to knew that if you make something into a triangle, it will be more stable physically. It will stand a lot of energy, right? A lot of CA it be a great con. Because it's connected to the earth because sacred geometry, that those patterns are. They enforced the energy and help it to expand and, to do what it needs to do. That's why you hear about as being a great gateway and things like that. All different things the cross is a sacred geometry figure. You know what I mean? You could do a T cross on a grid and it actually the points, there's something very special to those points that empower the. Okay. And it brings the best flow. Let's say that if somebody says, I really don't understand that it brings the best flow. It brings the best flow and power to whatever it needs to happen. The star of dating all these different things. They're sacred geometry, they're all sacred geometry because to work on the earth and with inner energy, it forms patterns and those patterns there when they're not. They're in sacred geometry figures. And then that's why when I was a little girl would be like that's not right. What's going on with that person, even though they're saying one thing and they're thinking others, I did that happened with a lot with family with me, and I'll be like, what's going on because their, shape is different. They're not something they're holding in. I don't know what they're holding in, but something's going on something's disharmony. That's what I mean by this harmony. So explain to me what some of the sacred geometry patterns that we would find within our body is there or within our, within ourselves, or tell me a little bit more about, oh, the platonic solids. So there are, there's several, there's five of them. And so they're these platonic solids and they're the framework. The whole sacred geometry. So you have certain different things for that. So there, there, is a, the pyramid is the first one, and then there's a double pyramid. And then there's like a Rube Rubik's cube kind of figure. I'm trying to get you to look at what I mean, deal. And then there at the end of his isolated cube, and that is like mellotrons cube. It's like the star day. It's like our grids and our masterclass, and so there's, five different levels of how energy actually works in those patterns. Oh, wow. So it's pretty neat. And that's why that's all like, my son, he he did a 3d the graphics on them and that, and I was like, oh my goodness gracious. This beautiful. So it's kinda, it's neat. It's neat. How, and then what in the class I have is in the beginning of it, I just say learn sake. We first learned how to create sacred. Which a lot of us do, but what sacred space does, right? We, put our intention in there. You did it for the invocation you brought in the energy you brought, you made it you, empowered your space, right? With purity, with Reiki, with whatever your, intention is. Now, when you do that, you're clearing out things and sacred geometry starts to form. Whatever's going on. It's, flowing, right? Everything's flowing. W I felt clear with my mind, when you, after you did your own vocation, I felt more centered and that's how it begins is that you understand that. It will empower you. So I teach this a little bit or give ideas and little bit of different things about how the earth empowers you to create your sacred space have that connection. So we start in the beginning, but the class, so you don't have to know even crystal gridwork to do this. And then they start working on. What is sacred geometry, what is how you look at the seed, the life, the flower of life, the egg of life, how things are performed, you know what, the two circles going into the Venus cava and even making babies, right? When we have babies, you know how the two eggs form and then makes a Venus Kaba. And it just it's like it's everything to do on earth. It's how the energies. Th that's like the rules and laws of the physics, and that's why they call it somewhat quantum physics. I never ever thought of that. Like I you're making me think of is it the Fibonacci sequence, which every everything living is, created according to that pattern. And I, it's funny because I notice patterns too, but I don't notice them the same way you do. I don't notice the shapes or the geometry. That's absolutely fascinating. Cathy, Isn't that neat? And it took awhile and Reiki helped me be able to express it and teach it and talk about it. Cause it's not the easiest thing to talk about energy stuff's not the easiest thing to talk about in everybody. Processes at differently. So maybe I see it a little bit more than you, but you feel it, or you just have, is doing, so you, you do process. It is just trying to figure out what senses are stronger than others. That processing your information. And so that's what I go through in the beginning of doing your sacred space. And then just noticing the shapes. I started getting out what the shapes are. The names are of the sacred geometry and you able just to look around and see. Oh, there's a shape. She has a rock behind her and it's round. Okay. That's a symmetrical shape. That is a shape of sacred geometry, the circle the pedals on the flower did you ever see a snowflake have geometry flake, right? Everything sacred geometry. You just have to pay attention to support and give a solid formation. We have to be part of sacred geometry, even as babies, right? The two eggs get together and they start forming. And that gives us our connection to the earth. And so we work with these shapes and a lot of people do without even knowing about it, making temples and Moss and all these beautiful things. It gives it support and foundation. How you make a house is sacred geometry. You have to no drama tree in sixth grade. We all learn geometry it's because it's the fundable. We just go into an energetic world of it, and so after you look at, okay, Ooh, I see sacred geometry around me. This is this makes a solid structure for me to be on earth. And then you start learning a little bit more of the tetrahedrons. And so that's the shape, your, and the shape. And so you learn the platonic solids. You get to see them. And view them and we talk about them a little bit and then you start learning how they work in crystal grids. Okay. Why are the points are so important to work on these Kris beautiful crystal grids? And so in the class, I'll give you like. You can't see it. This is there we go. That's the flower is a flower life. My meditation's lately, and I don't know much about sacred geometry and it's all sacred geometry. And this is whoops. Metatronix. Oh, there it is. Yes. And these are the basis I give you in the class. So I give you a base and a group rule, crystals that I empower and just and two-ply pick for ya. And and so you, I send that right away. And so you could be able to work with something. So if you don't have something, you got a little package deal with it. You know what I mean? It's I like gifts. I love giving gifts. You learn that and then start you, then you start learning Kris. And so I give an empowerment with crystal. So I use, I told you I was a holographic practitioner. And so with the holographics, you work with energy and holograms and your matrix within. And so it is sound healing. And so you use crystal singing bowls and stuff like that to work with the matrix of the being and the hall and make holograms. And so a really important part of the study is using the sounds at FDC. So frequency of divine creation. And when you put these together, you make a beautiful Open energy con portal bike. And so when you work with that and it works with your matrix, it starts giving you really deep healing, let's say. And so I do an empowerment of that and with the crystals to connect you with the crystals a little bit more so hopefully open your senses up. So you got this connection to the crystals and it's it's just nice little meditation, like an empowerment and then power you going through your journey. And then I give out Kris. Recipes like different crystals that I work with and what they have produced for me. And just little recipes for that for each chakra something fun. So people could work with, if they know nothing about crystals, after that, we start working on. The real stuff. And so the real stuff to me is the patterns and the formations of the geometric shapes. So the tetrahedron, when we put the two stars, a David's together and put, that into formation, what is the patterns and what is the when we weave the crystal grid to activate it, those different patterns and what does it mean to go clockwise or counter-clockwise? So when you go counter-clockwise, you're connecting the. Oh, the matrix of the crystal grid into the earth. Okay. You go clockwise. You're bringing it up from the matrix into your org field and outward. Okay. And so like the F like a pyramid crystal grid, you would just do a counterclockwise condition weaving and to ignite it. And that's it you do three times, like we would do in our stuff and, the other formations, they get a little bit. In depth. And so there's different patterns and codes that you work with. And so I show you that. So we work with that. I show you on video, I show you words, the different formations, how to do it. And that's how I manifest a lot of my things. And that's how I bring energy to power me to to, do the things that are a little tougher for me. Okay. Yeah. If my main master grid will probably be a touch region and it will be like a metastatic trunk. And I'll, I will ignite it like every day and that will power up all my other crystal grids. Cause I got a lot of crystal credits to get my little, guy out there and do a little thing. That would be a little, there'll be a little too much. So I do that and I keep, and I give you ideas about what a master grid, what is, what's the whole components of a grid a base, what can you use? You can use any natural element. A great conduit is I got this high grade aluminum it's pretty thick. It's it vibrates. And that's a great conduit. Gold, silver, copper, all great conduits, but also wood is a good conduit, right? Flowers are beautiful. Now I use seashells on some of my things. It's. Yeah, you could do a lot of different things. Now, if you feel like it, like your base is just not vibrating, like you want to do, you could put a penny underneath of it or right underneath of it. You know what I mean? You could do different kinds of things. Let's back up a bit, Kathy, because the listeners might not know what a crystal grid is. And can you just explain what that is? Like a crystal grid looks, something like that. And there's all different patterns. All right. And so this is a sacred geometry pattern. And if you notice it's on a mirror, so I put it, I hang them up on my wall because it brings funkshway brings good, flow. And so I made a crystal grid connecting to the earth. This is my intention. And I took the certain crystal grid is. A design of sacred geometry that you can put crystals in. So crystals will empower this I go and sit there and ask what crystals wants to join me. And I put some Reiki on them and do whatever I want to do. You could give your crystals love. And then I actually placed them on a crystal grid and that crystal grid will empower my initial. So I asked my, I asked anything. I took, I, you'll see some in my on my website, like crystals bark, I'll use bark, I'll use flowers, I'll use different little things, everything around me whatever wants to basically connect and help me with my intention. I love that. And and the crystal grid that we talked about in our Reiki class, we basically encourage people to put the names of people that they'd like to send Reiki to, to put any situations in their life that needs some extra love or need some Reiki or any relationship. Goals, that sort of thing. So we'll make a list of a number of things we'd like to send Reiki to, and we'll send it under our crystal grid and then we'll take a crystal and we'll weave a pattern and empower the grid. And so you're, just taking this Cathy to another level. Yeah, like a little bit more of a step, just to understand why you're doing what you're doing. It's, kinda you're, empowering, you got your intention and it's empowering it. And anything that you put on your grid is supporting that what you're doing. Yeah. It really has. And, Reiki. It seems to me that Reiki goes so well with that sacred geometry. Can you speak to that for a little bit? As we know, Reiki empowers everything we put our minds to and direct it with. And so if sacred geometry is a very natural. I think it's, connected to the earth, it's sacred aid. It supports us in this reality and maybe in other rallies too but it supports us in this. So when you add Reiki to it, It's going to empower that. Like when I add Reiki to what I've already knew, it helped me guide me to create this class. It helped me and guide me to, so be I be able to talk about them this is a a unique subject, not everybody talks about crystal grids and sacred geometry so it's Reiki has helped me through that process. And that is golden to me. Cause that's something we got in common Pam we, want to empower people. We want to give them love and help them through their life process. That's part of our destiny that's why we do this. And, so when Reiki empower that. And able to communicate which sacred geometry is communication to me and be able to communicate to life in my words and my mouth, that was absolutely fantastic. I, can't even express how much gratitude I have that with, Reiki so yeah. It seems to me that Reiki and, the big part, particularly of holy fire is becoming moving into touch with our authentic self and becoming our authentic self and really living from that space of both our divine nature and our human nature together. And so it almost seems to me that Reiki helps smooth out best. For geometry and it assists us with not to have those ripples, but to be coming from that authentic space. Is that oh yeah. Yeah, definitely. Definitely. Giving yourself Reiki every day. Helps right. Helps harmonize you help smooth things out from the ripples, like he Callie. And I liked that and it helps do that. And that's only going to clear you out like sacred space clearing you out. Your own sacred space that you're able to become more empowered with the, natural forces sacred dramas all natural needs that are already there. That's fascinating Kathy, you've got such a different take on it. I didn't realize I've never recognized those, the sacred shapes or the sacred geometry. I recognize it in nature. Like you can see beautiful, sacred geometry in nature, but I guess they didn't realize that it existed so prominently within each and every one of us. Before we moved to a meditation. Kathy, is there anything else that you'd like to share with the listeners today or have we covered everything we've covered everything?
