Reiki share - Life Purpose

Pam: Welcome everyone to our podcast and our Reiki share. [00:01:00] I'm so glad that you could all make it, and I'm really excited to share tonight's meditation and information with you. There's just been a lot of information that's been coming in through some of my sessions lately.

And so I sat down today and put it all together and thought I would share it for it with you. But before we get started on that, I wanted to let you know a few things. My name is Pam Allen LeBlanc and I'm a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training.

This is our monthly Reiki share. They're free. I'd love to have anyone who wants to attend join us. I'll definitely put a link in the podcast and also on our YouTube channel so that you can. And there's a few things happening at the ICRT that I wanted to let you all know about, they just started a new YouTube channel themselves. So you can look for that and subscribe. I'll also put a link to that in the podcast and on the [00:02:00] YouTube channel and as well William Rand has a new line of Reiki vitamins. They're fantastic. I just got mine last week, so I've only got about half a week in taking them, but he did a lot of research around when we do Reiki, what vitamins he's always been fascinated in nutrition. And I had the privilege when I visited him in Hawaii, he has a whole room dedicated to supplements and vitamins, and that he's studied and looked at. And the Reiki vitamins are so interesting because they did a lot of studies and tests to determine when we use Reiki, are there any nutrients or vitamins that are used more?

And in fact, they found that there are. I know magnesium is one and I believe calcium. And even though when Reiki goes through us, it doesn't really deplete our energy. There is still a little bit [00:03:00] of a nutritional toll. And so the vitamins help us to make up for that. I had one of my students, who's a pharmacologist, have a look at the ingredients and she just simply couldn't believe how complete the vitamins were with all of the herbs and minerals supplements. So if that's something that you're interested in, definitely check out the ICRC website, because those are something new there as well. And I'll be talking to William about that in a few weeks on my podcast where he and I talk about Reiki and the environment.

Another thing that's happening on the ICRT or the International Center for Reiki Training front, is that the animal Reiki course I was involved and helped develop with Coleen and Robin Benelli and Sioux Strong is now an official ICRT class.

I just taught my first official ICRT Animal Reiki class [00:04:00] in the Australian time zone. And a few of you that are here tonight were at the class. The energy is absolutely amazing. Thank you for the applause guys and the kudos. And it's just an incredible energy. The manuals are still in editing but the draft manuals are available in the meantime. And I just see Mary's said the class was amazing. Thank you, Mary. So that's really big news. The energy of the Animal Reiki can now spread all over the world. I was delighted to have students in the class from Hong Kong, China, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Canada, and United States.

So those are some big things that have been happening. I've also been guided to update my animal communication class so that it will be a full two-day practitioner class now with a lot more Reiki meditations in it. It's gotten to be such a packed class that [00:05:00] when I throw all that information into one day, people are dazed and confused at the end. So that's going to be a full two-day class from now on and, looking to develop it a little bit more fully, and you can watch for a podcast coming up with Carolyn Musial, where we'll be talking about Reiki and Animal Communication as well.

And I just wanted people to know that I've got a full lineup of ICRT Licensed classes coming up in October. Level One and Two, Masters and Karuna Reiki® Masters, and those are in the Atlantic time zone. And then in the Eastern time zone, I have an Animal Reiki Level One and Two, and Masters in October. And then still some more classes coming up in December.

So go ahead and check out my calendar if those are of interest to anyone. And then just moving on to tonight's topic. We're going to be working with some of the Animal [00:06:00] Reiki energy this evening. And what's been coming in really strongly is the fact that now is the time there's a really big shift happening on the earth.

And I think a lot of you who are sensitive probably can feel it even though you might not be sure what it is. I will say that it's been a little bit uncomfortable. And so some of you, might've been feeling a little bit of discomfort or a little bit of busy-ness this sort of thing lately. I know I've been feeling a little bit of overwhelm with it and just been aware that a certain amount of that is perhaps that I am doing a lot, but a certain amount of that has been just the energy from the collective consciousness and on the earth.

And I think too, as COVID is still lingering and, back and forth, I go back to the message that COVID said that it brought in the first place [00:07:00] when I felt into the COVID energy with Reiki and said, "what are you here for?" I was told that it was an opportunity for us to all reset our priorities and just to have a look at, were we living our lives according to the priorities that we have and our values and beliefs? And if we weren't, this was an opportunity to shift that and change that.

And so I know that I've been really approaching this time of COVID to readjust some things. And some of the ways that I was doing things so that it is more in alignment with my own priorities, just making family a little bit more of a priority, time with my husband, time with the horses, that sort of thing.

And I don't know if any of you have had an opportunity to do that too, but I hope perhaps that you have. So along with that, and along with the [00:08:00] fact that in some areas, although COVID is ramped up again I do think that it is soon going to be winding down and along with that, I'm hearing very strongly the message that the shift is taking place and this shift is a release of the duality on the earth. And so just an idea of what duality is. There's two energies really love and fear or hate you might say. And really all energies come from those two bases, love or fear. And if we take a moment and look at every decision and everything that's happening in our lives and really ask ourselves, wait a minute, are the feelings that I have right now coming from love? Or are they coming from fear? It is possible to adjust our decisions so that we come primarily from love. And so in tonight's meditation, we're [00:09:00] going to look at that and the release of the duality. We're going to look at what it means to step into our own life purpose. And we're going to look at what that involves and just giving ourselves a reset.

I think that we've all had so much on our plates really, since COVID began that I think everybody can use a little bit of rest and on top of that the tree of life came in with a beautiful new meditation that I can't wait to share with you. So before we go too much further, I've got a few other concepts I'd love to explain with you. I just wonder if I could invite you all to join me in a brief invocation just calling in our Reiki and then we'll go ahead into the rest of the theory and into the meditation.

So I'm just going to invite everyone to close your eyes and take some deep breaths and to bring your hands in [00:10:00] Gassho with the thumbs at your heart, just invite your own Reiki energy to begin flowing.

And if you have any symbols, invite them to join you now.

and tonight we acknowledged that we're moving into a new era, a new age, what some would call the age of Aquarius, the age of the inner authority, letting go of the outer authority.

And as we move into this new space in this new age, we acknowledge that it is an age of love, an age where we release the fear, the hate, the belief in separation or [00:11:00] the belief that separation is even possible. And sometimes we feel separated from others due to our culture or our beliefs, or even skin color, country.

Sometimes we feel separated from God, even though that isn't actually possible. We still feel very separate at times and alone. And sometimes we even feel separate from ourselves.

And so tonight the light of unification flows through us all releasing this belief in separation. Helping all of the parts of ourselves to come together, our body, our mind, our soul, our [00:12:00] spirit, our emotions, our energy and our aura, our chakras.

So that we are in alignment, in complete alignment within ourselves,

in alignment with God or Source or the Divine or whatever name that you like to use. And in alignment with the earth and with each other.

I invite you to place your hands comfortably on your body, allowing the Reiki to energy, to flow

through the remainder of the podcast.

So tonight, the other thing that we are going to talk about is life purpose. And because so many of us that are Reiki practitioners, our purpose is to step forward at this time and help anchor the energy of love into the earth. I remember when I first began thinking of my own life purpose, I had a mission statement that was half a page long, and as I evolved energetically, my mission statement became shorter and simpler. Easier. My mission statement used to involve a lot of the things that I thought I was to do. I was to teach, I was to write, I was to write [00:14:00] this and write that and become a Licensed Teacher. And there were so many things that I needed to do. And recently I have been having discussions in the energy and realize my life purpose is actually very simple. My own life purpose is to BE LOVE and whatever else that involves. Is to just simply be love. And by being love, anchor love onto the planet. What a load off my shoulders. There's not so much for me to do anymore. I just have to BE LOVE and LIVE in LOVE. And just try to wrap every action in love, everything that I do.

And I forget sometimes, and sometimes I move into fear or [00:15:00] separation and that's when we have Reiki to help us with our perspective to help change our perspective and bring us back. And so I'd be really curious with a lot of you, if you feel into your life purpose, if you would get a simple message like that as well, or if your message would involve being love and I think that the fact that you are all Reiki practitioners, I have a sense that there will definitely be love as part of your life purpose. Another thing that's been coming through in sessions because so many people in sessions these days have been told or been asked like, okay, it's time for you to step into your life purpose now.

And many of us initially resist our life purpose. We think, oh, that's going to be really hard. And we all have this belief that [00:16:00] in order to get ahead, in order to fulfill our responsibilities, we have to work really hard and that it's going to be difficult and this sort of thing.

And the energy has been coming through and saying, that's just a belief. If we believe that it's going to be hard and that it's going to be uncomfortable and difficult to fulfill our life purpose, then it will be. But if we believe that it can be effortless, then it will be. And along with that, the energy has been showing that as much as the Divine would like a life of ease and beauty and joy and love and just everything beautiful for us, there is free will and we have a right to our own beliefs. And so if that's not what [00:17:00] we bring in, or if that's not what our energy allows or is working toward then the Divine respects our decisions. Every decision, whether they're large or small, every decision is ours to make. And showed it in a way that it's like with our children, when we watch them sometimes making decisions that are like, oh dear, that's really not the best decision for them to make. They might regret that. But in the interest of allowing them to exercise their own freewill and their independence, we have to let them make decisions.

They may fail or that may not be the very best thing for them. And we have to support them through those decisions and it felt like that. So that basically in fact, in one session in particular, the energy came through and said, we so often believe [00:18:00] that everything that happens around us is part of God's plan and sometimes we feel a little trapped in God's plan. Okay I can't change anything because this is just God's plan for us. But as a matter of fact, the energy said that the universe and the Divine energy, it's actually the other way around. It actually supports our plan, whatever our plan may be.

And so often we actually limit ourselves. By not being open to the possibilities as an example I've had the good fortune to visit William Rand's beautiful home in Hawaii and anybody who has taken Reiki classes from him in person in Hawaii, that is where he teaches.

And William shared with us that he was out for a walk one day. He'd always lived in Maui and he rented [00:19:00] places and not very fancy or anything. And he was walking around thinking to himself, maybe I should buy a house in Maui rather than continuing to rent. And he looked up on the hill and there was this beautiful, gorgeous home on the hill. Beautifully constructed, solar panels, beautiful gardens and orchards. And he said, but I could never have a place like that. And the energy told him why? Why couldn't you have a place like that? And so he really thought about it and the end worked with the energy and the energy essentially told him, you can definitely have a place like that. You just have to change your perception. So he decided to work with the energy and change his perceptions. And then he went to a realtor and guess what? That [00:20:00] exact house that he had seen on the hill was listed for sale. And it was a little out of his price range. And he knew that. But the realtor told him, look, there are people that have just been trying to write a check for that property, but it was their life's project and they need to move on, but they put so much into building this home that they really only want a certain type of person to have it. So he went and met with them and he told him what he did. And he brought samples of his Reiki magazines and his writing, and they decided that they wanted to sell this home to him.

And so it's just an example of how, so often in our thoughts and our beliefs, we can limit ourselves, but Reiki is there for us to help us change those thoughts and beliefs if we choose, so that we don't need to limit ourselves. And we can actually [00:21:00] really begin to strive for what is best for us. And what's in our best interest.

So there's just been some beautiful messages coming through. And just one last message that I want to leave you with. I was meeting with one of my favorite clients and she said, I can do my work in the winter, but in the spring and summer, I just want to get out and garden and have my feet or my feet and my hands in the soil. And I'm just not doing the hard work. And the energy said says, "Why do you believe that it has to be difficult and miserable to do the work? To move yourself forward? Why can't it be as easy as being in a place of joy, having your hands in the dirt, doing something that you love? Why can't you be moving forward when you're in joy and when you're [00:22:00] happy?"

And I think so many times I really appreciate my clients because a lot of the messages that come through make me really think about the way that I approach things too. I think some of the messages are as much for me as they are for my clients. So tonight I want to see if we can just move into that space of expansion.

That new energy that is coming to the earth. And if we can anchor in love and let go of some of the duality, some of the layers of duality and the limiting beliefs that we've placed on ourselves, so that we might be able to move into a space of joy and peace and love and ease and effortlessness. And it's going to be really interesting to see what energies come in to help us do all of that.[00:23:00]

One of the very last things I wanted to mention is that one of the things that I was also told is that one of the ways that we can know if we are aligned with our life purpose is if we are feeling joyful. So I'd really like you to think about some of the areas of your life that give you joy. Some of the people, some of the animals, some of the situations, some of the activities that bring you joy.

When you are in a place of joy, you are in a place of alignment. Alignment with everyone and everything. Alignment with the earth. Alignment with the energy. And alignment with your purpose on earth. So that's a really different way of looking at things. Then I think how so many of us were raised is that life has to be hard and difficult and you have to work hard to get ahead and this sort of thing.

Okay. [00:24:00] Well guys, I'm going to invite you to once again, close your eyes, take some deep breaths and bring your hands into Gassho activating your Reiki energy.

And your symbols are already here. So I invite you now to place your hands on your heart,

giving yourself Reiki.

It's our heart that leads the way. And our heart that is helping us move into this space of expansion.

So just giving yourself Reiki to help it adjust. Help your [00:25:00] heart adjust to the expansion that's taking place on the earth,

allowing it to settle into that place of balance.

That balance between male and female, neither and both, up and down, left and right, hot and cold.

As you do your chakras align and they move into a place of balance, just breathe.

I invite you to imagine that it's a beautiful, warm, sunny day and that you're walking through a trail and a beautiful forest.

And as you do, and as you breathe into yourself, you breathe in the life essence of the [00:26:00] forest. As the energy of the earth flows up through the bottoms of your feet.

You can feel the Reiki energy all around you.

Place your hands comfortably on your body now, wherever you choose.

And you walk along until you come to a clearing in the forest.

And in the middle of the clearing, is a small hill covered with soft grass and beautiful wild flowers.

And on top of the hill is the great tree of life.

It's the most beautiful tree. It stretches to the heavens and its branches [00:27:00] then circled down to the earth, again, symbolizing the circle of life.

And do you know that as high as it is, and as high as the branches go, the roots also sink deep into the earth.

I invite you to walk up the hill and as you do, you can feel the grasses and wildflowers brushing against your legs. And when you get to the top of the hill, you're startled to see that the roots of the tree of life have formed a beautiful pattern on the top of the hill and going down the sides of the hill.

Of the flower of life,

those overlapping circles, [00:28:00] the pattern that governs all life on earth.

I invite you to find a space under the tree to lie down within the pattern of the roots.

And you find yourself cradled between the roots cradled in the arms of the earth,

and you can feel your troubles and your concerns just sinking into the earth. And she says, thank you. For any energy that you leave with her, she transmutes and she uses it to open a flower or hatch a chick, [00:29:00] or grow a blade of grass.

And as you lie there just releasing

your busy thoughts, the busy-ness of your day, any stress or frustration. Sadness, any feelings of being confined.

Any limitations you may have placed on yourself. Any limiting beliefs, whether they are your own, or have been passed down to you through cultural conditioning,

you let them all go[00:30:00]

letting go of any

energies of duality, the energies of fear or hate, anger,

the energy of separation. You let it go. And you can feel within the web of the great flower of life under the tree of life that we are all one.

and that for all of our differences each and every one of us at the core of our being is love. That is the human condition. And sometimes there are layers

that can prevent us from seeing our light that can prevent us from feeling whole in our spirit, [00:31:00] in our soul.

Create a belief in separation, either from ourselves, from others or from God or the Divine.

But these are just layers. They're not the truth. And so you let go of the layers and as you do, you watch them float up into that great beam of light that is shining down through the canopy of the tree of life upon you and all around you, you let these layers go. And they are going to a place where they will be listened to and heard and nurtured and healed all the way back to their original cause.

The light that comes directly from the heart of God. It flows through the top part of your body as you lie there.[00:32:00]

And at the same time, the light of the Divine earth and the spirit of the earth shines up through the earth, causing the beautiful pattern of the roots of the flower of life to be illuminated.

And this energy fills your back body,

bringing you into a place of equilibrium and perfect balance. Stasis.

I was once shown that enlightenment

is that perfect balance.

Neither male nor female. Up or down. Left or right. Hot or cold. It's that place of balance in the middle of all things.[00:33:00]

And this is how you feel now completely balanced and whole and held in the arms of the earth,

caressed by the heart of it.

Breathe deeply.

As the energy reveals to you, your life purpose.[00:34:00] [00:35:00]

okay.

And you realize the angels, the archangels, the enlightened beings, the brothers and sisters, the light and the divine animal kingdom surround you. And they too are shining their light all around you supporting you

in whatever it is that you came here to do.

And you feel even more expansion at your heart level, along with the understanding that this does not need to be uncomfortable,

you can feel the light of divine love and of the [00:36:00] divine heart and the divine mind and the light of the earth and of your Holy Spirit come together as one in the space.

In which your heart exists in your body,

they're all supporting this expansion. And as your Heartlight expands, the light of trust flows through you.

Trust in others. Trust in you.

Trust in God or the Divine and trust in yourself.

And your soul star chakra, just few feet above your head activates. And your earth star chakra a few feet below [00:37:00] your feet is often in the earth activates. And within that space, you remember who you are. You remember that you are here to be an extension of God's love and light on the earth, and you are also filled with freewill. Any and all decisions to move forward or not. To go left versus right. Up versus down are yours.

No one can make them for you.

Others can share their understandings or their experiences, and that may help you make decisions. But these decisions are yours to make. You are free to make every, and all decisions for yourself.

Some of your decisions [00:38:00] will be large and far reaching and others may be small and they may even seem inconsequential. Okay.

Sometimes some of the most inconsequential decisions have beautiful consequences.

And whatever decisions that we decide to make, whether they're in our own best interest or not, it doesn't matter.

The consequences are ours and we are no less loved or no less respected or honored by the divine.

Settle into that. And just feel any discomfort that you've been feeling any resistance or struggle,

any brace in your body begin to let go.[00:39:00]

And feel into the ease of that.

Just understanding that every single step of the way, every part of the plan as you move forward is yours. When we externalize what's happening on the earth as part of God's plan, we give up our power.

And a lot of that comes from misunderstanding of the word worship. When we hear the word worship, we feel that it means to subjugate ourselves to be under.

But in fact, we've been shown that worship is meant to indicate being in communion with.

Being in communion with the Divine, with ourselves, with each other in all that we can. [00:40:00] With the life on this planet,

God, the universe and the Divine supports our will, not the other way around. Just let that settle with you and see how it feels.

And as we take our place on the earth today, we realize that

what we need to trust in going forward is ourselves. We remember that the Divine ones, God, and the Reiki energy are here to support us in whatever we decide to do.[00:41:00]

And we look at the word work and the meaning of the word, because in our culture, we believe work must be hard. But what if it isn't?

There's a saying that when you do what you love, you will never work another day in your life. And so we can release that belief that standing in our purpose, being in our purpose will be hard. Drudgery, boring, difficult, impossible, stressful.

When I released my resistance

to being in my purpose, the world began to amaze me with how very effortless [00:42:00] things could be. I began to see the beauty all around.

And I began to have the privilege of working with some of the most beautiful people and beautiful souls that I've ever met.

people more beautiful than I even thought possible.

Look within yourself now at your beliefs around work and your purpose and concerns. Whether you're willing to release any limitations or any brace, any understandings that are holding you back

and consider whether you would be willing to understand work as something joyful. In service to others and in service to yourself.[00:43:00]

When our hearts are in alignment. And when we are in alignment, the heart of God, we experience joy.

And so therefore stepping into our purpose, our work might very well mean that we're stepping into effortless and joy. Feel into that and see if it's true for you.

If we step into our purpose and [00:44:00] into a space of effortlessness and joy and love, would that not mean that our lives could be so much more fulfilling and rewarding going forward, that we could release the duality in and around ourselves in our life plan and that we could dwell in a place of love for us.

As you consider how you wish to perceive and approach your purpose, your love and your life going forward. Understanding that every single choice is yours,

but knowing that the love and the light from the heart and the energy of Reiki supporting you in your every decision. And the light of stability surrounds you now [00:45:00] planting your feet firmly on the earth. We all are here right now in this moment in time,

this time in history, when we have the most personal professional, spiritual, religious freedom,

more leisure time than any of our ancestors ever had, more technology, more information, and understanding. This beautiful time in history.

And you are an anchor for love on the earth.

That stability is yours, and it wants you to know that whatever decisions you [00:46:00] make and whenever you're ready to step into your life purpose, the energy is there. It's here. You can simply call it in.

You feel refreshed and renewed with the release of the resistance and with the understanding that whenever you're ready, you can step into your power and your purpose.

And so as you consider your options and consider how you wish to proceed,

just know that you have a whole community of Lightworkers here to support you.

[00:47:00] Take a moment now to say thank you to you

for listening to you, listening to your heart, listening to the wholeness that's inside. Even when it's been covered over with layers, you always knew that it was there.

Thank you for being the light that you are in the world, lighting the way for others.

Being that love that the world needs right now. Thank you.

Thank you for your tremendous ability to love. And then to share that love with others.

Thank you for your inquisitive nature. And for all of the [00:48:00] things that you have said yes to so far.

Understanding that this plan that you are part of is yours and yours alone.
